is a large luxurious beachfront rental villa comprised of 2 mirror
pavilions. Located on the north east coast of Koh Samui, the
property location provides spectacular sea views overlooking
the truly inspiring golden Big Buddha temple. The 3km white
sand beach at the end of the lawn is perfect for year round swimming.
The stunning sunsets just add to the special nature of 'life
on the beach'.

The two pavilions, each with 330 sqm of living space together
with a deck and courtyard area, are situated side by side overlooking
the beautiful white sandy beach. Each pavilion features 3 air-conditioned
bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), all with ensuite bathrooms. The
master-bedrooms overlook the beach and have sumptuous bathrooms
including a secluded outdoor Balinese style bath and shower.
Each pavilion has its own private access, a fully fitted kitchen
with indoor and outdoor dining areas. The large living rooms
are equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD and stereo as
well as phone lines for internet access. All rooms have ceiling
fans and are furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
Sliding doors from the living areas and main bedrooms open
onto large teakwood decks, ideal for dining or just relaxing.
Surrounded by lush vegetation and mature coconut
palms, the setting is very private. The pavilions share a 1,600 sqm walled garden complete
with Thai artefacts and a large double hammock. The 12 metre
swimming pool is floodlit and has a sunbathing area. All outdoor
sitting areas are equipped with deck furniture, loungers and
umbrellas. All this right by the beach!
Located just a
few minutes walk away from the quaint “fisherman's
village” of Bophut, where there is an abundance of quality
restaurants to choose from along the water's edge. The livelier
bars of Chaweng are 10 minutes away by car.
This luxury holiday home is serviced by 3 resident full time staff to provide
for guests needs and perform a daily maid service. The staff can organise
a candle-lit beach dinner, a garden BBQ or a stylish indoor dinner party
prepared by the qualified Thai Chef.
