on the popular north coast of the island. Surrounded by tropical
landscaped gardens with lawns and palm trees. Just a 1 minute
stroll from the villa there is a good sized swimming pool and
sundeck. Beyond the shady sala is the quiet beach where spectacular
sunsets can be enjoyed.
This single storey villa has a spacious and airy living area
is cooled with ceiling fans. Patio doors open out on two sides
to a large verandah which is wrapped around the house.
There is comfortable seating in the lounge area at the the front
of the villa which is equipped with satellitte TV, DVD and stereo
for your entertainment. Towards the back of the villa there is
a 4 seater dining table and separated european style kitchen
area. The kitchen is fully equipped for rental with electric
oven and hob and all you need for cooking that special meal.
Alternatively you may decide to sample the food at the many restaurants
found within walking distance.
The two air conditioned bedrooms are found off
living room. Both have fitted warbrobes and dressing table units,
and share a bathroom with shower. The front bedroom has patio
doors that open up to the terrace shared by the living area.
There is outdoor patio furniture to sit on in
the peaceful and stunning surroundings with views of the gardens,
pool and ocean.
There are a local restaurants within walking
distance and smaller shops for basic food necessities. The
larger (administrative capital) town of Nathon is 10 minutes
away to the south and provides several dining options. The
large villages of Maenam and Bophut are 15 minutes to the east,
and both have many popular bars and restaurants.
