Baan Suriya (The Sunshine House) is a contemporary style Villa with Asian inspired design touches. Built on 3,200 sqm of land, it features superb tropical gardens. The Villa is almost exclusively coloured pristine white, which is in sharp contrast with the use of vibrant colours in furniture, linens and accents.

It is undoubtedly a stylish paradise as it offers a floodlit grassed paddle tennis court, a 19 metre swimming pool, a fitness room ideal for stamina work, and of course direct access to the white sand beach via an expansive lawn.

The Villa has an eclectic mix of modern and retro furnishings. You are spoilt for choice when considering where to relax at any particular time of the day. The garden hammock and lazy chairs provide a cool place to sit and read under the shade of the many coconut trees.

The expansive wooden deck ensures you can enjoy as much or as little sun as you choose. The upstairs lounge has an office area, as well as a more private sun deck. The Den is the perfect area to watch TV or keep an eye on pool happenings through the underwater window.

A modern kitchen services a unique circular round dining table with glassed "Lazy Susan" for family style meals.

The Villa is an entertainer's dream. It is possible to enjoy a candle-lit beach dinner, a BBQ at the Pool Bar, a garden lunch or dinner "al fresco" at the table built around a tree, or a stylish dinner at the round table.

Each of the 4 bedrooms have a different colour theme and outlook. The main Master Bedroom Suite enjoys beach views from the bed, lounge area and open sunken bath.

A DVD player and stereo complete its amenities. The adjoining twin bedroom has a second entrance over a fish filled waterway.

The 2 further double bedrooms, one with sea views, and both have direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Each of these bedrooms has its own individual safe and a shared en-suite bathroom.
