Rose Hill Villa is set in an elevated position in between the two small beaches of Samrong Bay and Tongson Bay. The property enjoys west facing uninterrupted ocean views over Big Buddha Bay, and you’ll experience amazing sunset vistas over the islands of the National Marine Park.

Upon entering this spacious air conditioned room, you immediately see the fantastic views that this Koh Samui holiday villa offers.

The main living area is tastefully furnished with a corner sofa and coffee table, and at one end there is a dining table with seating for 4 people.

For your entertainment there is satellite TV, a DVD and a stereo unit with a collection of dvd’s, cd’s and reading books. The room has polished wooden floors and ceiling fans

Sliding doors lead out on to the terrace which is furnished with teak sun loungers and a small table and chairs, all bordered by tropical plants and flowers.

In the centre of the sun terrace there is a semi circular plunge pool where many an evening can be spent sitting in the pool and watching the spectacular sunset whilst sipping a cocktail.

Separated from the dining room by a serving area, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, 4 burner hob and an oven, with views out to the side and rear gardens.

A door leads from the living area into the bathroom with which has a double sink unit and a sunken bath with shower unit. Sliding doors lead out to a bali style 'wet room' shower, a portion of which is open to the sky and bordered by attractive bougainvillea trailers.

The wood polished floored bedroom on this floor is furnished with a king size bed and is separated by folding glass doors from the living room. The bed is positioned so that the sea views can still be seen through the lounge area. The main bathroom is on this floor is reached through via the bedroom through a dressing area of wardrobes and drawers.

A spiral staircase leads down to the spacious lower level with cool tiled floors, air conditioning and ceiling fans. This level consists of a lounge area furnished with a corner sofa and coffee table, a separate large bedroom with king size bed, and a second bathroom with shower. A door leads out to the garden from this level.
