We are so delighted to have the opportunity to stay for 3 nights at Kya beach house .A beautiful villa with tasteful designs and decorations, set at one of the most beautiful beach with very attentive staff and services made our holiday at Koh Samui one of the most unforgettable one

Amazing, stunning House and location

We stayed at Kya Beach house, wow amazing, When we arrived after our complimentary airport pick up, we where greeted by two smiley faces, Bel and Som, they where so welcoming, ready with cold towels some fruit and a welcome drink..The house is luxurious, with attention to detail throughout. Spacious bedrooms all with bathrooms It's situated on the beach, with superb view and fantastic sunsets. To my surprise they had put Happy Birthday in these tiny flowers in my room for my special birthday.. Beautiful..
There is a gorgeous pool and a great alfresco dining area together with a chill out area under cover. We are a family of 5 all adults, this was perfect for us plenty of space have your relaxing time. Relaxing in my favorite spot which was the hammock.. The whole house has a relaxing and has calm feel to it. There are some great restaurants close by. One is in the Telegraph, which was rated best place to eat by one of their writers. But I must say that Bel cooked for us a few times and WOW amazing, the flavours and the presentation of the food was 5 * Bel even got us a Birthday Cake for my friends Special Birthday. There are lots of things to do here, Bel can organize anything. We had some kayak and Paddle Boards for a few days which was great fun. She suggested places to go which she then arranged with the Kya house tax, yes you have your own taxi.. But its the little touch that she adds to your stay that makes it so special..I absolutely loved it there and would go back again and again.. Thank you for an amazing time..

We stayed at Kya Beach House for 11 nights. It was absolutely amazing. The house was perfect and the staff were really helpful and made our stay very relaxing. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. The bedrooms are huge and I loved the view from the shower. It's a perfect place for a family holiday with friends. There are loads of cheap places to eat along the beach which had excellent Thai food. I will be booking another trip soon.

After staying in Villa Kya for the first part of our holiday we finished our time in Samui by staying here at Kya Beach House. Both places are as stunning as eachother. Kya Beach House has a charm that you instantly fall in love with. The infinity beach is an ingenious move. The staff are amazing, the bedrooms are spacious and sumptuous and the food cooked by the chef was delicious. It was heavenly being so close to the sea with our own private beach. You can stroll along the beach to have a massage or enjoy a meal over looking the sea. Either way you're on to a winner. We totally recommend it here and we will be back for sure. The owners were super organised, helpful and informative. Thank you for a magnificent stay.

When we arrived at the Beach House we were greeted by the most spectacular scene that I will not forget in a hurry, a 180 degree view of clear blue sea & sky, with Koh Phangan in the distance and a dining table laid with beautiful flowers and tableware - we couldn’t have had a more perfect welcome! The Chef’s service food was amazing and really did set the tone for the rest of our stay. It was just such a treat to be served breakfast by the lovely Som & Belle outdoors at the dining table each morning. Kya Beach House really does manage a great balance of high end living and homely comfort, complimented by friendly, efficient, unobtrusive service which really stood out and made for the most restful & effortless stay ever. My favourite place of all was the sala which served as our living room/chill out area, we spent most of our time enjoying our stunning surroundings and spending quality time together. The bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious, elegantly tasteful & very well thought out. The location is great too, with shops nearby, you also have your own private beach, where a walk in either direction takes you past a massage place, cafes & restaurants while you’re taking in the breath taking views. It would have been so easy for us to not leave Kya Beach House during our stay, it’s like a self-contained sanctuary, with everything you need. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Many thanks to the owner & staff for taking such good care of us all!!!

“stunning family friendly beach house right on the beach”

We stayed here as a family for ten days in May. We have a four year old and a five month old baby so I was slightly hesitant about how this would all work with the pool, open spaces, heat etc but I cldnt have been happier, re really did have the most incredible holiday and almost all of that is down to kya beach house. We are lucky enough to know Thailand quite well and have stayed in some amazing villas and five star hotels on Koh Samui but I can say hand on heart kya beach house beat them all on almost every front - service, food, accommodation, design, location....
The house had been beautifully done up with impeccable taste and almost every detail is seen to- whether its the shell ties round the mosquito nets on the four poster beds or the gorgeous throws and cushions in the outdoor sala, everything is tastefully and discreetly done. The rooms are enormous and we found we had plenty of space even with a baby cot in one and multitude of toys in the other. There is the option to use the stand alone bungalow which we didn't as it was only the four of us but it looked just as lovely as our rooms and had a fabulous view onto the beach.
The location of the house is fantastic as you really do have your own private beach and then beyond is a quiet and peaceful stretch of beach with stunning sunsets. There are plenty of places to eat nearby if you wanted to stroll along the beach although we found Bel's cooking so good ( the in house chef ) that we rarely ventured out ! A quick note on the staff - they are superb. Very attentive and helpful (always willing to help wth a crying baby which i will be eternally indebted to them for !) but also discreet and made sure never to be in your way so you felt the house really was your own , unlike a few other villas i have stayed in where you can never really relax as there are always staff hovering around. All the girls were fabulous but Bel does deserve a special mention as not only was she really the most incredible cook (not only thai but also wester dishes or more or less anything you asked for !) but she was also a superb " house manager" and sorted everything out for us from taxis to babysitting. I can't praise her enough!
We really did have a wonderful time and we are not the easiest of families to please ...we have also stayed with the four seasons, sixth senses and W hotel on Koh Samui over the years but Kya beach house is the one we will be returning to

“Magical paradise!”

What an utter piece of paradise! We had an incredible long weekend in this stunning beach house where we swam, snorkelled, paddle boarded, kayaked, enjoyed spa treatments and had the best Thai food I have tasted in a long time and that’s without leaving the house, just amazing! We can not recommend Kya Beach enough, truly exceptional and one of the best weekends i have enjoyed in Samui in a long time! The location, the attention to detail in the house and the service all 5 star! Thank you KBH, we will be back!
