Makata Villa 1 is a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom Phuket holiday villa located within a secure private estate and a 350m walk down a pathway leadng to Kata Noi beach and a 15m walk to Kata town and beach with a great choice of eateries

The villa is entered at the second level into a large open plan living room with a feature vaulted ceiling and the floor to ceiling fold back doors leading to the terracing creates a bright and airy feel to the room

The living room is furnished to a high standard with comfortable L shaped sofa facing a wall hung Smart TV on one side, a dining table seating 6 in the centre and a top of the range fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar completing the room. There is also a Thai kiitchen for the chef to prepare food on the ground floor.   

The second level also hosts two en suite bedrooms - the master bedroom and a guest twin bedroom. The master bedroom features a 4 poster bed and an outdoor courtyard with sunken Bali style bath.

Stone steps lead down from the living area and the two bedrooms to the pool deck furnshed with sun loungers and a parasol. There is a cool sala furnished with sofa seating as well as a BBQ area with a Demon sound system - a perfect relaxing area around the 8m x 4m pool.

The pool deck is large enough to be converted to an outdoor dining space with a full table that can seat up to 14 people should you entertain friends or have further members of your group resident in the neighbouring villa Makata Villa 2 where you can spend a perfect evening during your holiday.

Guest bedroom 3  has an ensuite with walk in shower and is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a king size bed and a seating area with TV. The bedroom has it's own private terrace with seating and perfect to escape to for a quiet reading afternoon. 

Makata Villa 1 has signed staff to look after quests during their stay and include a villa manager, a chef, housekepers, and a pool attendant/gardener with services are available fro 7am - 10pm.

Close by the villa is the Estate Clubhouse which is a great meeting place with the Terrace Cafe offering delicious  food and drinks and for the active an enormous swimming pool, a floodlit tennis court and a fully equipped gym.

Should you be travelling as a larger party the neighbouring identical villa Makata Villa 2 can be booked at the same time and as the photos show dining together can be an option.

Makata Villa 1 is ideally located within 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Kata Noi Beach and just 3 minutes drive from the busier Kata Beach and town with shops and a choce of a number of restaurants. The livelier town and beach of Patong is 27 minutes drive from the villa.

Most of the golf courses are in the north of Phuket with the nearest being Loch Palm Golf being a 50 minute drive from the villa. There are a number of places to visit closer to the villa in the south of Phuket including The Big Buddha with stunning views over Kata, Promthep Cape to watch the sun go down with a cocktail and the waterside seafood restaurants in Rawai.

The distance from Phuket airport is 1 hour 15 minutes and 1 set of return transfers to the villa is complimentary.
