This Patong Hill Villa is one of a small group of private holiday villas located within a 3 minutes drive of the famous Patong Beach and situated on a 24 hour secure gated small development nestled in the hillside with views over the Andaman Sea.
The spacious accommodation is spread over 3 floors and meets the highest western standards with extensive use of teak wood throughout the villa which gives a house a warm cosy feel.

The ground floor  features a large swimming pool and surround with ample sunbeds and patio furniture for relaxing whilst enjoying the stunning views.  a double bedroom en suite is located off poolside.

Steps lead up to the central floor dominated by a vast open plan living area.The lounge area at the front of the floor is furnished with comfortable sofas and there are foldback doors on 3 sides leading to a wrap around balcony creating a feel of indoor/outdoor tropical living which is perfect for entertaining and supping cocktails whilst taking in the views of the Andaman Sea and tropical hillside.

The villa boasts a fully equipped western kitchen including a fridge freeezer, microwave , hobs and oven with a cooker hood over a central island. A dining area with seating for 8-10 persons is separated by a breakfast bar and completes this super large kitchen.

Either side of the living room are 2 double bedrooms ensuite both with balconies and stunning ocean views and in between the 2 bedrooms in s the TV room with plasma TV and satellite channels.

A wide teak staircase  leads up to the upper floor and the 2 master bedrooms. Each are identical and feature flat screen TV's and home theatre systems, jacuzzis for two and a large balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the views.

All rooms are air-conditioned, come with decorative fan, and feature polished teak wood floor, rich Thai silk fabrics, and are equipped with en suite facilities. Cable TVs are in every bedroom.

All guests are met by our designated on-site helpful and informative manager who is available to book tours, make reservations, assist with vehicle rental, whatever the guest would like help with.
