With 5 king size bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms (2 single beds each that can be pushed together to form one large bed) the villa offers complete flexibility to accommodate all group types.

On the main living level a private salt water chlorinated swimming fool is flanked by a wrap around sun deck stretched between 2 of the bedrooms. A poolside covered sala is furnished with a dining set seating 8 -- 10 persons for tropical outdoor dining.

The lounge which opens onto the pool area and another terrace with more sun chairs and private terrace nook with bright coloured orange day bed. The indoor dining can host up to 16 adults and opens onto the pool area and fully equipped modern kitchen. This level also includes a toilet with shower.

A high quality internet booster system has been installed to provide high speed internet throughout.

Another level down are two twin bedrooms, the office room with sofa bed, internet TV and desk for computer, this room connects to both bedrooms and has access to one of the bathrooms via a separate entrance.

A few steps down from this area leads to the kid's room and pool table room.

Accessed via another downstairs staircase leading from the pool area, is the staff area with two rooms for the live in staff.
The staff will offer concierge services, light babysitting upon request such as watching the kids while parents quietly dine or at additional small cost staff will babysit until the late hours while parents go out.
