Baan Oriental is designed specifically for the holiday market in beautiful Ao Nang Krabi. Sleeping up to 10 adults, the 340sqm house boasts double height ceilings and large, open plan communal spaces to allow friends and family to enjoy cooking, dining and relaxing together, both in and outdoors by the private pool with Jacuzzi.
The accommodation at the villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 luxurious bathrooms in the main building, plus a separate guest bungalow with ensuite facilities*, this Krabi holiday villa also offers perfect peace and privacy for guests.
The villa is entered through a large covered porch which leads to the open-plan living area incorporating, a lounge, dining room and kitchen to the rear. The front of the house is completely open with no doors or wall and creates a "tropical living" ambience which compliments the rustic style décor of the house with its terracotta tiles and feature brick walls. Ceiling fans add to the coolness and comfort of the living area
The lounge area has comfortable sofas and a stereo system with a selection of CDs which is perfect for indoor relaxation whilst waiting for the Thai chef to prepare and serve a special meal (on request) or have a cocktail before sampling the local and international food served in the many restaurants in the area.
The adjacent dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons and beyond that, separated by a breakfast bar and stools, is a fully equipped kitchen including gas hob, microwave, large refrigerator, coffeemaker, mineral water dispenser and complimentary ice (made from drinking water). A computer is provided on the breakfast bar which has ADSL high speed internet connection.
Through sliding wooden doors off the lounge area is the TV room, furnished with daybeds and chairs, where satellite TV channels as well as a DVD player with a library of films are provided for guests' entertainment.
The 3 air conditioned bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms and personal safes and are located off a passageway at one end of the villa.
There is daily maid cleaning and laundry service, and an in-villa Thai chef and massage/beauty service is available on request.
Ao Nang is an excellent base for diving and snorkelling in Krabi, with a number of reputable diving schools which cater for both new and experience divers. Guided and unaccompanied tours are available for kayaking and rafting to explore Krabi's many beautiful offshore islands and caves. Additional activities include rock climbing, Big Game fishing, temple visits and visits to local villages, markets and handicraft centres.
There are a number of restaurants in Ao Nang serving both Thai and international cuisine. A Thai cookery school is also located very close to the villa which has favourable reviews.

Ao Nang is the main resort town of the Krabi province located and takes up a long stretch of coast encompassing a few different beaches all framed by beautiful rock formations which are a feature of Krabi.
