Baan Bon Khao is a spacious and modern 6 bedroom villa with panoramic 270 degree ocean views ocated within a secure gated estate benfitting from 24-hour security and free access to a communal tennis court.

The crisp modern design of this exceptional villa provides lots of light and comfortable leisure options, from the substantial open-plan living space with
accompanying balconies, to the pool and two outdoor bars, and the more private Sala and garden areas.

The villa is furnished and equipped to a high-spec throughout, with bespoke art-work and high-tech zone- based audio and visual equipment, including satellite TV in three locations.

The top-floor includes a modern fully-equipped western kitchen and breakfast bar opening on to landscaped gardens and waterfall, indoor and/or outdoor dining
capability, and an intimate outdoor bar, all with spectacular 270° ocean views.The living room features a suspended LCD TV, as well as a Bose sound system.

A staff kitchen off the living room offers unobtrusive catering.

A floating staircase leads to the pool, Sala and sunbathing day-beds, the pool bar and barbeque area, the AV/theatre room and separate pool/games room, and further garden areas, all with stunning ocean views. The large infinity-edge swimming pool offers a 25m lap length, a 2.5m deep diving area, built in day-beds and umbrellas, and an adjacent Sala complete with lilies and fish.

Opening onto the pool deck are the AV room and games room. The AV room seats 10 in comfort on built-in sofas, and is equipped with a large 3D LCD surround system with a library of movies and satellite service. The adjacent games room contains a pool table and lounge seating.

The villa has two master suites and four large double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, roof-fans, en-suite bathrooms, private terraces and spectacular ocean views. Most bedrooms have fold out sofas to offer sleeping options for children. Four of the bedrooms are doubles with King-size beds, and two of the bedrooms are twins. Most bedrooms also have sofa-beds that can accommodate additional guests.

This luxurious and comfortable home is an ideal holiday retreat for families or groups of friends, and is conveniently located within easy reach of the island's best beaches and a short hop the the livey town of Chaweng and the popular dining and shopping experience at the 'Old Fisherman's Village' in Bophut.

Baan Bon Khao boasts three full-time staff, including a live-in manageress, who will all cater to your every
need. A chef service can be arranged at a small extra charge.

WEDDINGS

Baan Bon Khao can host up to 60 persons in a buffet syle event. No event fee for up to 20 guests. 21 - 60 guests - US$ 1,200 to be paid with the balance of the villa booking. The event fee is for 24 hours  and additional fees may be appicable for subsequent parties.

A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 is required to cover potential damage - payable on site.
