Baan Grand Vista is a 5 bedroom superior hillside villa set amongst the picturesque hills of Bophut and offers stylish living with stunning panoramic sea views.The villa is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the popular 'Old Fisherman's village' of Bophut and 10 minutes to the livelier town of Chaweng
The villa has 5 luxurious air conditioned bedroom suites, an open plan living area, and a super 20 metre infinity edge swimming pool.
The villa is designed over 2 levels with the main entrance leading into upper level and the open plan living area which is a vast room with a vaulted wood paneled ceiling and extended drop ceiling fans.
The lounge area is furnished with a huge comfortable sofa seating 12 persons and the dining area has a large square table also seating 12 persons. A fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar and stools. Fold back doors the whole length of the room open out to a wide living balcony furnished with cushioned patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the fantastic views
The infinity edge swimming pool is located on the next level down via a few steps and is bordered the whole length of the 25m pool by the sun deck furnished with cushioned sofas and parasols strategically placed to enjoy the views whilst relaxing.
The 16m pool has an infinity edge on two sides and a wet bar with submerged seating at the other end served by a cool sala. The sala is ideal for entertaining being fully equipped with a surround sound system, wine chiller, fridge and electric heat plates and furnished with cushioned bench seating on the outside and a dining set for up to 10 persons
There are 3 identical double bedrooms on the pool level each with sliding doors opening on to the pool deck and all have en-suite bathrooms with walk in rain showers.
There are two master bedrooms in a two storey pavilion and one above the other accessed from both the pool level and the living area level. Each of these bedrooms has it's own private balcony and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub both of which have amazing views over Bophut and the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
