Ban Leelavadee is a spacious 3 bedroom suite villa with private pool and just a short hop down to the palm fringed Ban Tai beach. The villa is on an exclusive private hillside village set in a large plot ensuring total privacy. The majestic appearance of this Koh Samui holiday villa cannot fail to impress.
Steps lead up from the main entrance door to a large bright and airy open plan living room which has patio doors on three sides leading out to terraces, garden and the pool deck.
Inside, a feature of the living room is that one end of the swimming pool encroaches into the interior of the room in the form of a jacuzzi seat. This makes an ideal spot for guests to relax and watch the sun going down. The high quality furnishings consist of comfortable seating and a 6 seater dining table. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, VCD and stereo system.The fully equipped western style kitchen is separated from the main living area by a breakfast bar.
Back on the entrance level either side of the main door are separate entrances to 2 double bedroom suites, each having a double bed, a single bed, comfortable seating area and en-suite bathroom. Both these bedrooms have patio doors opening on to a paved area and the garden, with views either of the ocean or the tropical forest and waterfall (seasonal).
The upper floor above the living area is a vast master bedroom suite and has a vaulted ceiling and patio doors leading to viewing terraces. The room takes up the whole of the second floor and enjoys panoramic views of the ocean and a natural waterfall in the mountainside tropical forest. On entering the room there is a study with the desk strategically placed to face the ocean. The bedroom itself has a king sized bed draped with romantic mosquito nets and occasional furniture. Beyond this, and situated above the pool, there is a special feature outdoor bathtub and Bali style shower surrounded by tropical plants
The property benefits from air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, with cool tiling or polished parquet flooring.
Outside there are lawns and tropical gardens with a free-form swimming pool surrounded by a sundecks offering peace and privacy. A cool sala (covered open pavilion) with patio furniture is provided for your relaxation.
Ban Tai beach is the closest beach to the villa situated at the bottom of the hill which is a few minutes drive and whilst it will be just 10 - 15 0 minutes walk down the hill it is quite an incline at one stage to walk back up. The beach itself is a quiet palm fringed type however there are several Thai style restaurants scattered along the beach serving both Thai and International food.
The nearest main village with a choice of restaurants is Maenam 10 minutes drive away and there is plenty of tourist shopping and cafes in the ferryport town of Nathon which is 15 minutes drive .
