Panorama Summit is a stunning 3-5 bedroom luxury Koh Samui villa enjoying an 180 degree panorama vista of both sunrise and sunset.
Ideally situated on the private Samui Summit Estate in the much sought after North East of Koh Samui, between Choeng Mon and Big Buddha, this expansive property is an excellent example of modern tropical architecture blended with Southeast Asian art spread over two floors. The open plan 100 sqm combined lounge, dining and kitchen area is the social heart of the villa. It features Javanese stone flooring and large sliding doors that open up two full sides, allowing for free movement between the outside sun deck and the fan cooled interior, whilst the balmy hilltop breeze ensures that the villa never gets too hot. This level also has a well-equipped TV room, with a built-in sofa, scatter cushions and air conditioning
The outdoor spaces provide perfect opportunities to relax. The upper floor has a 107 sqm terrace that wraps around the front of the villa. A discreet guest bathroom, with shower, just off the terrace and all terraces are edged with white bougainvillea. There are ample sun loungers beside the pool and if it gets a bit hot you have an undercover relaxation area with comfortable seating, fans, a coffee table and a ping pong table.
A carefully conceived design means that guests can choose to dine alfresco or indoors and yet never lose sight of the spectacular tropical surroundings. There is an outside dining area on the pool terrace that enjoys west facing views, making it shady for breakfast and atmospheric in the evening with fabulous sunset views. A complimentary daily breakfast is included in the villa rate and a private chef an option on request at extra charge.
A wide, sweeping staircase opens onto the expansive sun terrace paved with cool Javanese stone which surrounds the large free form 4.5 x 14m swimming pool with infinity-edge that overlooks the outstanding views of Big Buddha and Samui’s North coast. Tranquil tropical gardens surround the property, maintained perfectly by a full time gardener
The tropical and elegant 5 bedrooms offer all ensuite bathrooms for your privacy and full comfort during your stay. Each bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, plenty of storage, ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The two master bedrooms have wooden floors and private terraces. There are also two twin ensuite guest rooms and a spacious fifth bedroom tucked into the far western section leading straight out onto the pool.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
