The villa’s entrance leads to a modern, glass-floored hall and forms the heart of the villa. It is home to its living room, dining room, broad terrace and infinity-edge swimming pool. Down on the lower level, the games room, movie room and gym offer fitness, entertainment and plenty of space to relax.
Steps lead up to the master bedroom suite at the villa’s highest point. Three of the 6 guest bedrooms are arranged spaciously over the ground and first floors of the main building, with two further bedrooms in the Guest Villa just steps away across the lawn. All claim equally stunning sea views.
The six bedrooms at Villa Chan Grajang are designed with minimalistic, modern luxury and total guest comfort in mind. All have air conditioning, solar window shades, ensuite bathroom, large closet space, safe, speakers with Bluetooth connection.
The Master Suite and 2 other guest rooms have their own flat screen television unit with digital cable, and a CD and DVD player each. While the villa layout encourages guests to spend time together in its communal spaces, the bedrooms are welcome reprieve at the end of a day in paradise.
With its white décor and soft furnishings, solid wood floors, precious stone and wood decorative pieces, and brightly sunlit living space, this contemporary luxury villa is not only stately but also extremely inviting. The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for lounging and relaxing. The games room, cinema room with surround sound system and gym on the villa’s lower level, while easily accessible, are ideally tucked away to encourage fun, entertainment and fitness without disturbing the serenity of the villa.
Villa Chan Grajang has an endless array of outdoor spaces and activities for guests to enjoy in this tropical paradise. A large, split-level poolside terrace and 22 x 5m infinity swimming pool impressively span the entire length of the villa, and are complemented by plenty of chairs, sun loungers and a sala for shaded repose.
The lawn on the lower level is a great place for children to release their energies while adults relax and soak up the sun. The alfresco dining area makes a great setting for a barbecue.
The master suite rests at the highest point of the villa and has a private furnished terrace. Encased on three sides by floor-to-ceiling windows, the room boasts panoramic views of Surin and Bang Tao Bays.
Guest Bedroom 2 is located a few steps down from the pool terrace with Guest Bedroom 3 occupying the lower level beneath appealing to those who would enjoy a little respite from the energies of the main living areas.
Guest Bedroom 4 is also on the lower level positioned on the front of the grassed terrace and overlooking the putting green. This bedroom is adjacent to the movie room where a sofa doubles up as an extra bed for a child.
Guest Bedrooms 5 and 6 are located on the lower and upper floors in a separate villa just a few steps away from the main villa across the lawn
Bedroom 5 is the smallest of the 6 bedrooms but has a cosy sitting area and a separate gated entrance and parking. Bedroom 6 on the upper level has an apartment-style space with a 7m x 3m plunge pool and a kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

The villa sleeps 12 guests (6 ensuite bedrooms, 4 with king-size beds, 2 twins which can convert to king beds). 2 additional sofa beds may be used as beds for children and one mattress for an extra person may be set up on guest request at an additional charge.
