Banyan Villa 1 is a gorgeous pool villa that sits in its own private walled garden and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. One of a small number of private pool villas on a small beach development, the villa is only 30 seconds walk down a pathway to the golden sands of the palm fringed Bang Por beach.

This beautiful 4 bedroom, pool villa is comfortably furnished, combining elements of Western and Asian style, providing high levels of comfort and practicality. 

Rather unusually eating and sleeping areas are situated on the ground floor of the villa, with daytime living spaces and balconies on the upper level where cooling breezes can more easily blow through. 

The European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided and the adjacent dining room features Chinese style teakwood furniture.

Eight adults can eat in comfort while enjoying the view through patio doors that open onto the pool area. 

A hallway with powder room leads from the dining area towards the master bedroom which has its own patio doors also looking out across the swimming pool. Furniture in this room is made from bamboo and the king-size double bed is positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite with double sink, bath tub shower and dressing area. 

The second and third bedrooms are similarly furnished in bamboo with the beds positioned on raised plinths, and each has an en-suite shower room. 

Leading from the entrance hall is a bunk bedded room equpped with a small en-suite bathroom being ideal for children but will accommodate adults too. 

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and come equipped with air-conditioning. 

A wide staircase leads from the downstairs dining room to the spacious lounge area on the upper level of each villa.

Furnished in a mixture of bamboo and Chinese style teakwood furniture, the lounge is also where you will find the bar, with a full stock of glasses.

Entertainment facilities include a stereo system, flat screen television, DVD player and internet TV channels with numerous sports channels, news and many movies. Live TV is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Thai. 

Patio doors open onto the balcony that looks down onto the pool area below and leads along to the Sala, a great place to enjoy the views while taking a sun-downer in the gentle evening breeze 

Banyan Villa 1 is built around its own private pool surrounded by mature gardens filled with tropical colour and protected from outside disturbance by the surrounding wall.

The pool is about 1.2 meters deep along its entire 10 meter length and features both a jacuzzi, submerged stools and a bar within the pool itself. Sun-loungers are available on the poolside terrace, along with a garden table and chairs.

The villa has under cover parking for one car with parking for further cars available in the parking area outside the villas. A pedestrian gate leads onto the drive and garden path to the beach and shared pool, where in the evening you can enjoy glorious sunsets in the direction of Ang Thong Marine Park.

At night, during certain seasons, a fleet of fishing boats will light up the horizon over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table. Banyan Villas, an idyllic location to experience Asia, Thailand and the holiday of a lifetime. 

Banyan Villa 1 can be rented together with the 3 bedroom Banyan Villa 2 to form Banyan Villas doubling the space available catering for groups of up to 14 people who can enjoy the quiet seclusion of the villas' two pools and jacuzzis.  For larger groups Banyan Villa 3 and Banyan Villa 4 located adjacent to the villas can also all be rented together. All villas are within 70 metres from the beach with no roads to cross and have access to a shared pool in addition to their own private pool where provided.
