Banyan Villa 1 and Banyan Villa 2 offer Balinese style spacious accommodation sharing both size and general living arrangements.

Rather unusually eating and sleeping areas are situated on the ground floor of each villa, with daytime living spaces and balconies on the upper level where cooling breezes can more easily blow through.

Both Banyan Villas are identically furnished, combining elements of western and Asian style, providing high levels of comfort and practicality

The European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances and has an adjacent dining room. Eight adults can eat in comfort while enjoying the view through patio doors that open onto the pool area.

A hallway with powder room leads from the dining area towards the master bedroom that has its own patio doors also looking out across the swimming pool.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the master bedroom is an en-suite with double sink, shower and dressing areas, and an external Balinese-style bathroom featuring a screened-off bath and shower.

The second and third bedrooms each has an en-suite shower room.

Banyan Villa 1 has an additional bunk bedded room with a small en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and is ideal for children but will accommodate adults too.
All main bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and come equipped with both air-conditioning and colonial-style ceiling fans.

A wide staircase leads from the downstairs dining room to the spacious lounge area on the upper level of each villa. Furnished in a mixture of bamboo and Chinese style teakwood furniture, the lounge is also where you will find the bar, with a full stock of glasses and a second fridge to keep the beers suitably chilled.Entertainment facilities include a stereo system, flat screen television, DVD player and internet TV channels with numerous sports channels, news and many movies. Live TV is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Thai.

Patio doors open onto the balcony that looks down onto the pool area below, and leads along to the Sala, a great place to enjoy sea views while taking a sun-downer in the gentle evening breeze.

Each Banyan Villa is built around a pool as central feature of lush gardens filled with tropical colour and screened from outside disturbance by a surrounding wall. The pool is about 1.2 metres deep along its entire 10 metre length and features both a jacuzzi and a bar, the latter with four stools within the pool itself.

Sun-loungers are available on the poolside terraces, along with a table and six/eight chairs that allow for al-fresco dining whenever the mood suggests.

Opening the gateway between the two Banyan Villas doubles the amount of outside space available, allowing catering for larger groups. The enlarged outside area retains its discrete privacy, protected by the surrounding garden walls.

In addition to the private facilities available within the walled in areas of Banyan Villas, villa guests also have access to the communal gardens and 20 metre beachfront swimming pool before stepping on to the beach.
