Villa Details

Banyan Villa 2 sits in its own private walled garden and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Extra beds for children can be provided upon request.

Rather unusually eating and sleeping areas in Banyan Villa 2 are situated on the ground floor of the villa, with daytime living spaces and balconies on the upper level where cooling breezes can more easily blow through.

Furnished, combining elements of Western and Asian style the villa provides high levels of comfort and practicality and moreover it is located a few steps from beautiful Bang Por Beach.

The pool villa has the European style kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. A full complement of premium crockery and cutlery is also provided and the adjacent dining room features Chinese style teakwood furniture. Eight adults can eat in comfort while enjoying the view through patio doors that open onto the pool area.

A hallway with powder room leads from the dining area towards the master bedroom which has its own patio doors also looking out across the swimming pool. Furniture in this room is made from bamboo and the king-size double bed is positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite with double sink, bath tub shower and dressing area.

The second (king-size bed) a third (twin beds) bedrooms are similarly furnished in bamboo with the beds positioned on raised plinths, and each has an en-suite shower room.

All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and come equipped with both air-conditioning and colonial-style ceiling fans.

A wide staircase leads from the downstairs dining room up to the spacious lounge area on the upper level of each villa. Furnished in a mixture of bamboo and Chinese style teakwood furniture, the lounge is also where you will find the bar, with a full stock of glasses and a second.

Entertainment facilities include a stereo system, flat screen television, DVD player and internet TV channels with numerous sports channels, news and many movies. Live TV is available in English, French, German, Dutch, Russian and Thai.

Patio doors open onto the balcony that looks down onto the pool villa area below and leads along to the Sala, a great place to enjoy the views while taking a sun-downer in the gentle evening breeze

Banyan Villa 2 can be rented together with the 4 bedroom Banyan Villa 1 doubling the space available catering for groups of up to 14 people who can enjoy the quiet seclusion of the villas' two pools and jacuzzis.  For larger groups Banyan Villa 3 and Banyan Villa 4 form Banyan Villas that can also all be rented together.

PAYMENT TERMS Deposit (non-refundable) An initial deposit of 30% must be paid to confirm a booking. No contract will exist until the deposit payment has been received and accepted. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit. If payment has not been received within 10 banking days, It will be assumed that you have cancelled the reservation. Balance (non-refundable) Payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date an a reminder will be sent out close to the due date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the property rental shall be due at the time of booking. Payment can be made in GBP and USD by secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by bank transfer to our nominated company accounts. Credit card payments in GBP with a UK registered card are Free of Charge. Credit card payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you have to cancel your booking at any time it should be noted that no refund can be made of either deposits or final payments under any circumstances. It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance, which you will need to provide separately to your booking, such insurance should provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. Although it is unlikely that the villa management will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it is sometimes unavoidable in which case we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property booked, the villa management shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If the properties are damaged or rendered unusable the villa management will try to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, the villa management will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. The villa management shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.


Bang Por takes up the north west corner of Koh Samui located between the towns of Maenam in the north and Nathon in the west. This tranquil area boasts a stunning coastline of white sand beaches, swaying palms and amazing views from the hills above.
