Banyan Villa 4 sits in its own walled garden with a private 11 metre swimming pool and jacuzzi located on a a secure development of private villas on the beach in the popular and beautiful north coast of Koh Samui.
The pool villa is designed to provide spacious accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms. An extra bed for children is available on request. The villa is tastefully furnished combining elements of both Western and Asian styles and providing high levels of comfort and practicality.
Banyan Villa 4 is a single story villa with an entrance ramp for ease of access for young and old alike. The villa whilst more modern, was designed to be in sympathy with Villas 1 and 2. The villa also has undercover parking for two cars and a separate laundry room.
The Villa is entered through a porch off the pool deck leading into the 60sqm open plan living area. This whole living space has floor to ceiling fold back doors opening on to the pool deck creating one huge living space.
The living area finished in a mixture of teak and English oak and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
For entertainment the flat screen TV with internet TV channels.
In the centre of the living area is a solid oak dining table that will seat 8 in comfort and the pool deck is equipped with casual tables and seating for those who prefer the outdoors.
For your convenience at the far end of the living area is a guest powder room with sink and WC.
In this villa the kitchen is open plan and fitted out with modern cooking appliances including oven and separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and two fridges. A counter facing into the living area doubles up as a casual bar.
A hallway leads to the bedroom wing.
The Master bedroom which has its own patio doors to the pool deck is furnished in a contemporary style with a teak king-size bed and features a generous en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and dressing area.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a king-size bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and all bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms.
All 4 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with both air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Banyan Villa 4 is one of four villas adjacent to each other and for the larger groups the villa can be booked together with Banyan Villa 1, Banyan Villa 2 or Banyan Villa 3. All villas are within 70 metres from the beach with no roads to cross and have access to a shared pool in addition to their own private pool where provided.
Located in a area (known as a "Moo Baan") called Coconut Paradise on the beach side of the road on the outskirts of Bang Por on Samui's North coast. The surrounding area is quiet and away from the mass tourism areas of Chaweng and Lamai.
The beach is a 30 second walk away where 3 restaurants can be found within 2 to 5 minutes walk and many more within 10 minutes walk. Along the road there is a further restaurant 100 metres away and a small local shop.
Within 1km there are convenience stores, a gym, local fruit and veg stores, massage shops and an Italian restaurant.
Within 5kms a host of activities can be found including a first class golf course, ATVs, Archery and the nearest town of Maenam where more shops can be found including a French bakery, restaurants and a "Walking Street" market every Thursday night.
Further a-field, about 20 minutes drive you will come to Bophut, which sports a host of restaurants and bars of all description, water sport activities and a buzzing night market on Friday and Saturday nights. The airport and major stores, such as Makro, Big C and Tesco Lotus are about 30 minutes drive away.

PAYMENT TERMS Deposit (non-refundable) An initial deposit of 30% must be paid to confirm a booking. No contract will exist until the deposit payment has been received and accepted. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit. If payment has not been received within 10 banking days, It will be assumed that you have cancelled the reservation. Balance (non-refundable) Payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date an a reminder will be sent out close to the due date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the property rental shall be due at the time of booking. Payment can be made in GBP and USD by secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by bank transfer to our nominated company accounts. Credit card payments in GBP with a UK registered card are Free of Charge. Credit card payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you have to cancel your booking at any time it should be noted that no refund can be made of either deposits or final payments under any circumstances. It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance, which you will need to provide separately to your booking, such insurance should provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. Although it is unlikely that the villa management will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it is sometimes unavoidable in which case we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property booked, the villa management shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If the properties are damaged or rendered unusable the villa management will try to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, the villa management will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. The villa management shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
Bang Por takes up the north west corner of Koh Samui located between the towns of Maenam in the north and Nathon in the west. This tranquil area boasts a stunning coastline of white sand beaches, swaying palms and stunning views from the hills above.
