We know our villas and their owners well and we work together as partners liaising with their staff to ensure all holiday needs are met.

Your luxury holiday starts as soon as you contact us. We know the expectations and we are here to answer all your questions and ensure all pre-arrival arrangements are in place so that you can comp;etely relax as you step on to the plane to start your holiday.
The requests vary from pre-arrival fridge stocking to organising a major in-villa event such as a wedding, birthday celebrations and corporate team building activities. We have listed below the benefits you can enjoy at our larger high end luxury Koh Samui villas during your stay.

Private Chef Service 

Experiencing the local cuisine is an important part of any trip and at many of our luxury villas the staff includes an in house Thai Chef.

Your meal requirements would have already been requested from the villa menu for your arrival date with ourselves and the chef and manager will discuss with you at breakfast time your menu choices on a daily basis during your stay.

It really is a pleasure to have a local chef cook a selection of local home made dishes using fresh ingredients from the local market. The chef will usually do the shopping however in some of the villas the guest is invited along to enjoy the experience of the local market and choose the ingredients. If there are some food allergies such as gluten or dairy intolerance or if you are vegetarian then it would need to be communicated to us prior to arrival. The food costs only plus a shopping fee will be added to the guest house account.

You’ll also find that many of the chefs/villa cooks will be happy to prepare a signature cocktail for you and serve it by the pool.

Most chefs accept special requests and provide a separate children’s menu and cook western as well as Thai dishes. Children's meals can be arranged to be served at earlier hours and/or serving food frequently is so much easier in a villa.

In-house Thai cooking classes are also available however there is a fee for this extra service from the chef.

If the villa has been chosen as a wedding venue the reputation of the wedding planners working with the villa manager’s ensure that your special day is as perfect as you would dream it to be.

Should the celebration be on a smaller scale celebrated by the villa guests only such as a child’s birthday party or a special anniversary then the staff being fun loving people are always delighted to provide a celebration cake, balloons, lanterns, dancers etc to make the day special.

Dedicated Villa Manager and Concierge Service

The luxury villas are fully staffed with the main point of contact being a dedicated villa manager looking after you during your stay. They are able to arrange any additional in-villa services such as beauty, massage and spa services as well as private yoga/pilates/Thai boxing sessions and if a beachfront villa any watersport activity.

Some of the villas also have a general Guest Relation Manager who visits the villa the day after arrival and provides concierge services recommending and assisting you to book any cultural or active tours to explore the island. They will also discuss and assist if you have any issues at the villa itself and try to resolve them with you.

Active Tours

There is an increasing number of active tours to enjoy on Koh Samui the most popular being boat tours to the neighbouring islands. Booking tee times at the golf course, booking a game of tennis at the local club all can also be easily booked on request.

Cultural Tours

Our villa concierges and villa managers are very knowledgeable and can help you discover the best of the local destination. If you want to hike the local waterfalls, visit temples or see a local dance performance they will be able to help.

Nanny /Babysitting Service

If the stay is during busier times and a full time nanny is required then there are specialist services that are recommended and details are sent to be contacted by the guest directly. The number of children depends on the number of nannies recommended.

For standard babysitting then this can be arranged during the stay as the management will be in touch with childcare staff.

Maid service/Cleaning

For most of our guests it’s important that they truly get to relax and unwind and that does not feature having to tidy and clean up after every one.

The staff at the luxury villas have a daily maid service cleaning the general areas before you are awake and discreetly cleaning the bedroom suites at a convenient time so as not to disturb. Bed linen bath and pool /beach towels are all changed as stated in the villa services or when necessary.

Transport services from Koh Samui airport and private tours

There are no taxis available at Koh Samui airport and almost all our villas provide a complimentary airport return transfer.

Prior to arrival arrangements can be made through ourselves for a rental car to be delivered to the villa at a time and day of choice or can be arranged after arrival in the less busy seasons.

Should a rental car not be an option transport to venues can be arrangement by the villa management and for the larger villas this will be a people.

Transport and a driver can also be arranged on a daily basis. Bookings with tour companies usually provide a pickup service in the cost of the tour.

Facilities in Koh Samui villas

When it comes to finding a desirable villa to spend your holiday, you will be spoilt for choice in Thailand.

A private pool or infinity pool is standard and no need to save a lounger here. How about a swim up bar with submerged stools?

Koh Samui villas especially for children

The majority of our villas have dedicated entertainment rooms with large flat screen TV's or pull down projector screens. Some have special children's rooms with a number of toys and games for play both inside and outside the villa and inflatables and water toys for use in the swimming pool.

Some villas have secure playgrounds with tramplone slides and one even has a tree house. There is also more demand for pool fences however there is only a few villas that can provide this.
