Located at the west end of the bay Ao Sri Thanu, the quaint village has plenty to offer. It is the area's main fishing port, although because of the depth of the water it is only suitable for the smaller squid fishing boats and long tail boats and is not obtrusive.
The peninsula extends way out from the coast and there are small beaches that populate its coastline with a scattering of resorts bungalows and private villas nested between the coconut trees. Baan Srithanu is quaint with plenty to offer.
