 The villa is set in a gated compound away from the road and is entered a the upper level of the main pavilion which leads into a reception lounge ideal for welcoming guests at a special event.

This level also accommodates a library, the spa room, and a master bedroom with lounge area and an adjoining children’s room with bunk beds.

Steps lead down to the main living area with the lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas and a wall hung TV with satellite channels. The dining area has a large table seating 16 alongside a sleek guest kitchen area beyond which is a staff kitchen for preparing meals.

Floor to ceiling glass doors lead out to the swimming pool and terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols and a small lounge area.

On either side of the swimming pool is the dining sala seating 18 and a large lounge sala strategically positioned to take in the amazing views.

A further set of steps lead down to the lower floor that accommodates the media/entertainment room and the fully equipped gym with doors opening up to the lawn areas.

The remaining guest bedrooms are altogether in a separate pavilion reached by a short pathway from the main pavilion and two master bedrooms occupy the upper floor wit balconies and the remaining 4 bedrooms are located below with doors leading on to the lawns

Although Aquila is considered private and secluded the should you wish to visit a more commercial or swimming beach offering beach club style enjoyment, restaurants and shopping, Kamala Beach is a mere 10 minutes drive away.Further along the coast Bangtao and Surin Beach offer notable beachfront establishments and then into the Laguna area which host a number of notable restaurants.Heading in the other direction, 20 minutes’ drive to the south will lead you to the lively tourist centre of Patong, which offers some upscale eating spots and a beautiful long commercial beach.
