Villa Maphraaw is located on an exclusive hillside village in the north west of the island offering 5 en-suite bedrooms and enjoying unforgettable sea views towards the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. The local palm fringed beach of Ban Tai is just 2 minutes drive away and the 18 hole international standard golf course is also located within 10 minutes drive.
The villa offers guests complete privacy, yet is only a couple of minutes away from a good selection of amenities.
The villa has accommodation on 3 levels with the impressive vaulted ceiling entrance on the upper floor leading into the open plan living area that has a balcony overlooking the pool and offers amazing sunrise views. To the right of the living area is a separate AV room with a large flat screen TV with satellite channel and a home entertainment system with surround sound. To the left of the living area is a fully equipped kitchen leading to a dining area with views over looking the pool and ocean beyond.
Steps lead down to the pool level where 3 of the bedrooms are located including the master bedroom. All of these large bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the principle two bedrooms having French doors opening directly on to the pool deck. The 3rd bedroom is located to the rear of this level and has a queen size bed.
A second set of stairs leads down to 2 further large en-suite bedrooms. The first is furnished with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds and both have sliding doors leading on to the terrace.
The U-shaped house is built partially around a 9 x 4 metre kidney shaped infinity-edged swimming pool. The pool is 1.7m at its deepest point (please note that due to the infinity edge design supervision of children around the pool area is necessary). Within the pool there is a submerged tiled seat that incorporates a Jacuzzi where you can sit and relax, taking in the superb sea views the villa has to offer. The pool deck has a dining area and is furnished with sun beds and a large parasol.
Below the pool area, a further large terrace allows you to walk around the waterfall feature that gently flows from the pool above. This area provides another peaceful, relaxing sunbathing area with access to the fully landscaped garden.
Villa Maphraaw is altogether a romantic and relaxing retreat. It is ideal for up to 5 couples or 2 families, with plenty of space for all. It is the perfect place for a secluded getaway, or ideal for an unforgettable honeymoon.
To ensure you are adequately pampered and to further enjoy your experience in the villa, the property provides a twice-weekly maid service to ensure the villa remains immaculately presented, and fresh linen / towels are always available.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
