Baan Surin Sawan is an elegant sea-view villa located within the exclusive Baan Thai Surin Hill estate on Phuket’s sought-after west coast. Positioned on a tranquil hillside overlooking the Andaman Sea, the villa enjoys panoramic ocean views while remaining just minutes from Surin Beach and the island’s restaurants, boutiques and beach clubs.
Designed in a contemporary Thai style, the villa blends traditional pitched-roof architecture with modern comfort. The interiors showcase an eclectic collection of artwork and artefacts gathered from around the world, reflecting the owners’ passion for travel and culture.
The main living pavilion spans the length of the pool terrace and houses the open-plan living and dining areas. Comfortable seating and a surround-sound entertainment system create a welcoming space to relax, while large sliding doors open onto the pool terrace to maximise the sea views and tropical breezes.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room features a large rattan table seating up to ten guests beneath a vaulted ceiling. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, wooden cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, allowing the villa’s chef to prepare a variety of Thai and international dishes.
Outdoor living centres around the villa’s infinity swimming pool, which features a shallow section and swim-up bar. The sand-washed pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, while a shaded sala provides a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
Accommodation at Baan Surin Sawan consists of four well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite enjoys direct access to the pool terrace and sea views. Two guest bedrooms on the lower level feature king-size beds, seating areas, private balconies and garden areas, while a fourth bedroom on the upper level offers a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
A downstairs entertainment room with a flat-screen television, surround-sound system and comfortable seating provides an additional space for guests to unwind.
