Ban Laem Sett is situated directly on a quiet beach in the south of Koh Samui close to the village of Hua Thanon, the only untouched Thai area of Samui, and overlooking the islands Koh Taen and Koh Matsum
Built in a relaxing style combining aspects of the Mediterranean and Asia, the entrance to Ban Laem Sett is across large stepping stones over a pond filled with coy fish and within a lush garden with water features and a pavilion.

Arriving through the romantic hallway you find yourself in the vast living room with a vaulted ceiling and furnished with modern wooden and water hyacinth furniture, a large dining table and 2 relaxing sofas. The home exudes an airy, modern atmosphere and accentuated wooden panels to maintain a feel of warmth and energy. A great wooden door hides the large fully equipped contemporary style kitchen and a second wooden door disguises the guest toilet and a study room.

Entering the first of the two main hallways that flow down either side of the villa you can find the first bedroom with 2 single beds, a writing desk, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and sliding doors opening on to the swimming pool deck.

Further to the front down is the master suite bedroom and in the hallway you find large wardrobes and the bathroom designed with twin sinks, an oval shaped bathtub overlooking the sea and a separate shower and toilet. From the suite you enjoy surrounding sea views and there are sliding doors to the terrace and swimming pool.

On the other side of the villa across the pool there are two more double bedrooms with one inter-connecting bathroom. The front bedroom like the master bedroom enjoys a double aspect sea view while both overlook the swimming pool.

Ban Laem Set offers the supreme benefit of a direct beach frontage in addition to the large infinity edge swimming pool facing the sea and wooden pathways leading to a beachfront pavilion beyond which is a gate where you step out on to the beach.

There is very little development along Laem Set beach where the tide goes out over 100m in the summer months and allows for a peaceful chill out holiday relaxing and enjoying the views. There is a small Thai village nearby and a few Thai restaurants and the nearest town is Lamai 15 minutes away and Chaweng is 25 minutes drive away.
