“Loved our stay!”

We had a wonderful week at Baan Sawan over the Chinese New Year holiday with our family (of 4) and friends (family of 3). Star and Levy went out of their way to take care of us. Breakfast overlooking the pool and the garden every morning was such a treat. Dinners on the patio were even better. The views from the pool are out of this world. When we were out and about on excursions on Koh Samui and mentioned where we were staying, everyone knew Star and had such wonderful things to say about her. She was called the best villa manager on the island and I agree! Highly recommend.

“3rd Time Visit”

We had visited Baan Sawan twice before just as a couple. This time we decided to bring the kids and grand parents with us. We all had a lovely time. As always Star and Levy took great care of us and our additional family members. We have 3 sons ages 7, 4 and 3. Star was ever so helpful with our kids (tantrums, toys and tastes) and always took the kids as well as the adults likes abd dislikes into consideration when cooking for us. Stars cooking ofcourse is exceptional and is one of the main reasons we have come back so often. This is a wonderful place for couples and if you are willing to share your love nest, then it's great for family too.

“Wedding blessing with 3 monks. ”

We had a Buddhist wedding blessing at the villa and Star went all the way to help out and coordinate it for us. Truly an amazing experience ! Thank you for helping out coordinating and making my bouquet !! You nailed it! Great lobster dinner grilled to perfection ( thanks Levi). You both are great and sure make your guests feel taken care of. 
We had another couple from Sweden joining us. We stayed four nights. We loved our stay. 

The only negative are the beds that are way to hard for our standards . We didn't ask for pillow tops which might have been provided.. not sure. 
It is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of beach life and the villa was a sacred place. We felt that the fee to take a taxi was a little to expensive 600bath one trip (about $18-19 one way) . 

Overall the villa experience was amazing and we loved it! The views are amazing and pool is great for a swim and deep enough for diving. 
Star is on site and willing to help you out with basically anything you can think of. 
She helped us buying groceries, planning our wedding blessing and helping with flowers and flower decoration . I can't say enough how she helped out and lessened my stress level.

Paradise Found

We had the most fantastic time at Baan Sawan Villa. The views are spectacular with the villa nestled into the hills above Bophut, Fishermans Village. The villa itself is beautiful, standing in its own grounds/garden and completely private. The villa is tastefully decorated and the infinity pool offers what must be some of the best sea views in Koh Samui! What made our experience extra special was Star, the villa manager, and her husband Levy, who live on the villa grounds but are tucked away and very respectful of guests privacy. Star prepared breakfast everyday, made the beds and on the evenings we didn't want to go out, she cooked us absolutely delicious Thai meals. Levy made sure the grounds and pool were kept immaculate.

Car hire strongly advised - villa 5-10 min drive to The Wharf/Fishermans Village. Taxis are available but will charge a premium for getting up the hill to the villa. We found car hire per day is cheaper than a return taxi trip to the local supermarket! Star sorted all this for us with the car being delivered to and collected from the villa. Fishermans village is a fun place, particularly in the evenings, loads of restaurants to choose from. A favourite for us was a new one called Links - great food and excellent service with beach views. Checkout their rooftop lounge for drinks, lovely. For a snorkelling/diving day trip to Ang Thong or Koh Tao, try The Life Aquatic which you'll find at the Wharf in Fishermans Village - we found them to be really good and competitively priced.

Would we return to Baan Sawan Villa? Yes, absolutely! Loved it, as did our two kids (12 & 16yrs)

The House of our Dreams

We are a familly of 5, and my kids are 10, 6 and 3 years old. I can just say it has been the house of our dreams. Very comfortable, safe for the kids and amazingly placed in the hill, views are spectacular. The never end swiming pool was key. House as said is amazing, very clean, well placed..., but what also made our holidays special was the service. Star and Levy are excepcional when taking care of all your needs. They pay attenttion to all details and help you on the day to day arrangements as well as advising you on different things you might need. I need as well to say that they are great chefs!! Will never forget the nice view-breakfast and the super dinners!! Overall a great experience, it is a pitty that this place is located so far away from Barcelona!.

Beautiful and relaxing villa and one of teh best views on Koh Samui

My family stayed at Baan Sawan for 10 days the end of September and had a fabulous trip.

The villa is incredibly peaceful but within minutes to the restaurants and night market in Fisherman's village and a short drive to the beaches in Choeng Mon. The staff at the villa are incredible and made the most delicious breakfast.

We sat out each morning looking out over the sea and neighbouring islands. They also had a high chair, cot and toys available which was fantastic when travelling with a young child. The owner's of the villa have thought of everything, even providing a bag and towels ready for the beach each morning.

Had a great stay at the Baan Sawan Villa, I stayed there for my 40th birthday get away with two more ladies. The house is decorated very stylish, there are three bedrooms that are quite big and spacious. They have a infinity pool which has great view on the hilltop that over looks samui. There is a fantastic ambiance here and it's quite and down to earth settling is very relaxing and feels like you can have a customized retreat of your own because you can book in house massage and a great choice of food which you can dine in the villa.

I can see that you could quite easily have a quaint wedding here or a great family holiday gathering!

Great thanks to Star she is the manager and was a fab host!

I defiantly will visit again with my whole family.
