This air conditioned communal space is conveniently located next to the dining area furnished with a rectangle table seting 10 and a fully equipped open kitchen.There’s also an alfresco covered dining area seating 10 together with BBQ facilities by the pool.

The pool measures 15m x 4m x 1.5m with no shallow end and is is set to normal temperature; There are ten sunbeds and two pool umbrellas

Two of the guest bedrooms are located on the same level as the living area and the other 3 bedrooms including the master suite are located on the upper level.

Serviced by the estate’s central kitchen, run by a highly skilled chef and his team. The chef is adept in the preparation of Thai and western cuisines, which are served hot in the villa. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menu)
