The principle building of the property houses a spacious open plan main living area. The room has sliding doors on 2 sides leading to the garden and a large covered terrace furnished with cushioned seating. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs. Located at one end of the room, the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including an oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator. The dining area is furnished with a table with seating for 6 persons and sliding doors lead to a covered terrace.

This covered terrace furnished with comortable chairs and table not only provides a shady relaxation area to escape to when the tropical heat gets too much during the day, but is also perfect to sit and enjoy the balmy tropical evenings enhanced by the ambience created by strategically placed lighting in and around the pool and gardens.
The master bedroom is also located in this main building. It is comfortably furnished with a king size bed, and the en-suite bathroom features a large roman bath.
The remaining two bedrooms, both identically furnished with queen sized beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, are situated in the 2nd building located on the other side of the garden and pool.

The private kidney shaped pool is surrounded by a paved deck furnished with a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and shade umbrellas. Sun loungers are also provided for guests to use on the beach.
The villa development is very well managed and has a reception desk where staff can take care of all your holiday needs - from ordering a taxi to organizing a BBQ. A daily continental breakfast can also be provided.

Both these resorts provide a good selection of waterside restaurants, bars and local shops. If you crave a little hustle and bustle, Chaweng, Samui's main tourist resort, is a 10 minute drive in the other direction.
