Mullion Cove is a stylish 4 bedroom villa conveniently located just a few minutes drive to Bophut boasting stunning views of the north coast and across to the island of Koh Phangan. The choices of furniture and accessories in Mullion Cove have enhanced the attractive and comfortable ambiance created by the views and the natural surroundings to create a totally peaceful, comfortable and usable property.
The skylight covered lobby area has a very comfortable looking sofa and the space opens out into a viewpoint terrace.
To the right of the lobby is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Fitted wooden wardrobes line one wall whilst the windows accentuate the views.
To the left is the impressive master-suite features a vaulted ceiling and polished wood floors and a mix of traditional and more contemporary styling which is evident in the furniture. This room also has an open aspect to the front to ensure that the view is always on show.
The en-suite bathroom has a large oval shaped terrazzo bathtub which has opening louvered windows above so that you can still see the view even when soaking in the tub.
A terrace runs across the front of these bedrooms and leads to a staircase on the left and down to the main living area at pool level.
The vast open plan living area has a lounge, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Despite the open-plan layout and the consistency of the white tiles throughout, each area of this room is cleverly defined. To the left of the stairs the wall is lined with white bookshelves and the brown sofa and comfy chair set up in front provides an excellent reading area come study.In the centre of the room large white sofas and chairs have been accessorized with lilac cushions. A large flat screen TV occupies the space between the opening doors and faces the lounge. Beyond the lounge is a very traditional looking dining area with an eight-seat dining table taking centre stage.
Finally at the far end of the room is the modern fully fitted kitchen with white units topped with black granite work surfaces.
To the front of the kitchen there's a modern and stylish bathroom which also leads out on to the pool terrace.
On either side of the stairway there is a separate pavilion where you'll find two more double bedrooms.
Both of these bedrooms have steps down to the poolside terrace which runs across the front of the living space.
Here you'll find sun-loungers and umbrellas and a large blue-tiled swimming pool.
To the front of the pool there's a lawn which is edged with an invisible glass barrier looking over the lower level and the views beyond.
To the right of the pool is an outdoor dining area, BBQ and a phenomenal covered sala which reaches right out into the view and provides a fantastic spot for simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
Steps from the outdoor dining area lead down to the lower level and the gardens. Down here there's a large covered space with seating from where you can enjoy the privacy of the extensive gardens.
Conveniently located on a hill-side, about 10 minutes drive from Chaweng and 5 minutes from Bophut Fisherman's village the villa is ideal for couples, families and groups of friends.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
3.2 Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:

Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
