An open staircase leads from the living area up to the 1st floor where on one side the fully equipped kitchen ls located complete with worktop/cooking island, double fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and ice maker.
A breakfast table set next to the kitchen can be used indoor or moved on to the covered balcony through sliding doors from the kitchen where there are also sun loungers to relax in and enjoy the sea views.

An indoor dining set and occasional furniture separates the kitchen from the 3rd bedroom furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and features large windows offering ocean views.

The busier resorts of Bophut and Chaweng for restaurants and shopping are 15 and 25 minutes drive away in one direction with the administrative town and ferry port being 10 minutes drive in the other direction.
