Panu Apartment 1 is one of two duplex beachfront apartments located in popular Fishermans Village, Bophut with chill out cafes, bars and oceanfront fine dining and not forgetting shopping - right on your doorstep.
The duplex is entered from the main street in Fishermans village and leads into the beautifully furnished open plan living room where the warm brown and cream soft furnishings of the squashy sofa is welcoming and compliments perfectly with the teak wood dining and occasional furniture. The lounge has a 42" plasma TV with satellite channels and a BOSE surround sound system.
Floor to ceiling foldback doors open on to decking furnished with quirky relaxing chairs which borders the private swimming pool and a perfect spot to sit and relax and enjoy the views and any activity on the beach. There are also rattan sun loungers set in between the palm trees on the sandy beach immediately in front of the apartment as well as kayaks for guest use.
Towards the back of the apartment the teak dining table seats 8 persons and as with all our Koh Samui beach rentals there is a fully equipped kitchen and also a washroom wth toilet at this level.
The two bedrooms are reached by an open staircase leading up to the upper floor of the duplex. The private air conditioned spaces feature picture windows and are furnished with king size beds and have plasma TV's with surround sound systems and slippers and robes are provided. Both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with one guest room having a bathtub and the ocean facing master bedroom having a jacuzzi on the balcony which also has some seating - perfect for relaxation in with a cocktail before dinner!
This unique beachfront property is perfect for a luxury Koh Samui holiday for those wishing to walk to amenities without having to rent a car. The apartment can also be rented alongside the upper level 2 bedroom duplex - Panu Apartment 2 should your party be larger and need the use of 4 bedrooms in this great location. The upper floor apartment 2 however has several floors of steps and is not suitable for children or the elderly.

Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
