Sunset Pool Villa, with its Thai style architecture, crisp modern design and contemporary furnishings, is elevated above the southern end of Patong beach, just minutes away from amazing beaches, popular shopping, dining and the famous Phuket nightlife.
This 5 bedroom all ensuite villa boasts panoramic sea views of Patong Bay from all rooms, a 2 tier swimming pool, ample terracing furnished with sun loungers and an al fresco dining set. Guest facilities include fitness equipment and a games room with pool table, table football and table tennis.
This single storey villa centres around an open plan living room with sliding glass doors opening out to the pool terrace.
The lounge area of the living room is furnished with 2 large rattan sofas situated in front of a wall hung flat screen TV with satellite channels, and the dining area has a circular table seating 10 persons. The kitchen at the back of the room has a breakfast bar and stools and is for guest use, while meals are prepared by the staff in a Thai kitchen on the lower level.
The five spacious ensuite guest bedrooms fan out either side of the living room and all have superb sea views.
The whole layout of Sunset Pool Villa provides space and privacy and is perfect for extended families or groups of friends to holiday together.
The 2 full time staff will cater for your every need, offering a complete holiday so you can just relax and enjoy yourself.
Breakfast is provided, as is airport transportation, complimentary soft drinks and Heineken beer on arrival. Thai or international meals and BBQ or seafood will be at guest expense, but great value compared with a restaurant as all ingredients are charged to guests at market cost only.

Cancellation Terms
Villas are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against a medical emergency or certain other unforeseen circumstances which preclude the client from traveling.
Refunds
No refunds shall be made on payments received. In the event of cancellation after payment has been made an applicable cancellation fee will be deducted and, if the villa owner is in agreement will credit the remainder against future bookings. A statement of account will be issued in confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations after arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Villa Management.
