This luxurious Koh Samui villa comprises two beautifully appointed pavilions; one housing two bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin with an additional built-in upper bunk for up to 4 kids), both with en-suites. The second pavilion has a large and open living/dining area with a fully appointed kitchen, though you may also choose to use the BBQ, or have food brought to you by our staff. A mezzanine floor above serves as a relaxing den/TV room or a 3rd double bedroom with a fully equipped en-suite shower room (additinional cost). Villa 3 can accommodate up to 6 people in comfort (up to 8 with kids in the bunk bed rooms). This configuration offers the distinctive benefit of having two families staying together with children, or for groups of friends of all ages.
Both pavilions have a wonderful ambiance, with relaxing modern décor, and folding glass doors on three sides, which enable the rooms to be entirely opened up during the day to allow the refreshing sea breeze to wash over you. This gives the villa an open-air feel, allowing you to roam freely between the infinity pool and indoor comforts. All rooms have ceiling fans and full air-conditioning.
Outside you have a wide terrace, covered by shady Bougainvillea trees and bordered with areas of lush lawn. A low, natural stonewall leads around to the indulgent 13m infinity-edged pool which has a shallow shelf - ideal for paddling with young children or just cooling off with a good book during the day. In the evening, instantly relax as you enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail lounging by (or in) the pool as the sunset literally pours into the horizon in front of you. Stresses will fade away as you gaze across the infinity pool melting into to the skyline.
Villa no.3 is blessed with the Headland's widest frontage and the most stunning views in Koh Samui, while retaining your privacy at the highest level. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
3.2 Relaxed Cancellation Policy during COVID-19 Period
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:
In the event your trip is disrupted, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel insurance. If you are not covered by travel insurance, please refer to the policies on our managed villas below.
We will refund your booking or provide a credit note based on the following conditions:
