Guests may choose to book the North or South Villa as a private 5-bedroom retreat for up to 11 guests, a 7-bedroom combination, or the entire 10-bedroom estate for up to 22 guests. When both villas are booked simultaneously by separate groups, thoughtful privacy measures ensure each functions as a completely independent accommodation, with solid sliding doors, a customized dividing wall between the sundecks and pools, a temporary lawn fence, and closed-off connecting walkways ensuring complete physical separation and total privacy for each group.
At the heart of each villa is a soaring great room celebrating indoor and outdoor living, where floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open fully to connect the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas to the sights and sounds of the Andaman Sea. Two private saltwater swimming pools glisten on the stylish pool terraces, and a lush shared lawn stretches down to the beach just a few steps away. When the full estate is in use, sliding panels between the two villas open to create one magnificent double-sized living and entertaining space.
Across the 10 bedrooms, guests enjoy a thoughtful mix of room types. Four sea view rooms on the upper floors each feature a plush king-size bed, panoramic Andaman Sea vistas, and a full ensuite with two separate showers, three of which include a private outdoor rain shower perfect for stargazing. Payment:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The 50% balance payment is required 60-days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of USD 1,000 cash is required per Villa. Payment must be made upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Twin Villas Natai is non-refundable following the 50% deposit payment; whether through an agency, a direct booking, or OTA (online travel agency).
Any cancellations, refunds, or date modification 60-days prior to check-in date, and after balance payment has been submitted are non-refundable or permitted under this policy.
Twin Villas Natai rental booking may be modified, subject to the terms and conditions under the Modification & Rebooking policy below.
Modification & Rebooking Policy:
Primary guests can send a written email request to info@twinvillasnatai.com to modify their reservation. Written requests are subject to current availability.
Date modification must be made at least 60-days prior to the original check-in date.
10% of the original rental fee will be applied as a rebooking fee, and the remaining will be applied as credits for rebooked dates.
Credits are valid 6 (six) months from the check-in date of the original reservation. The then published rental rates will apply for all rebooking requests. Any unused or expired credits are not subject to refund.
Modification/rebooking or refunds are unavailable within 60-days of the original booking check-in date.
