Villa Claire is a modern three-bedroom holiday escape and is just five a minute drive from Bophut beach and within convenient distance of Koh Samui’s major attractions including Fisherman’s Village and Chaweng beach. Featuring contemporary artworks, open-plan living, a terrace, swimming pool and garden, the villa is designed for a complete intimate escape amidst the soothing delights of nature. Ideal for families and friends, the villa has space for relaxing, lounging, entertaining.
The villa can easily sleep 6 adults in its three air-conditioned bedrooms that are comfortably furnished. While bedroom 1 features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other two are fitted with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. All bedrooms lead straight into the pool deck and are directly connected to the open-plan living area. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries and towels but only the master bathroom is ensuite.
Ther is an open-plan living area to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor living. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is an ideal setting to brush up your cooking skills. It extends into a dining area fitted with a dining table. The living room has a comfy sofa facing the TV, which is fully equipped with IPTV. There is also a sound system for music.
The full Wi-Fi coverage can be reached from every corner of the villa. Outside is a neat garden with beautiful views. The villa also has its own private pool surrounded by sun loungers. The terrace is perfect to enjoy the scenic surroundings. Guests can also enjoy BBQ and watch the sun go down from the gazebo. There is also private parking

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation. The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Prime Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. Peak Season - Christmas and New year Period: 75 days or more before arrival date. For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa
Bophut is located in the north of Koh Samui between Big Buddha and Maenam and it is considered a popular place to stay near to or visit and a good compromise between the hustle and bustle of the larger east and south east coast towns and the more tranquil setting of the south and west coasts.
Whereas Fisherman's Village in Bophut has been famous for its Friday night walking street market, since Covid days the village now supports a night market every night. This is not held in the village main street as previously but starts in a side street towards the west end of the village and through to the Koh Samui ring road. Here you will find about 1/2 mile of the street lined on both sides with vendors selling watches, clothing, handbags, jewelry and much more with live music entertainment and a cocktail area in the middle and a host of street food stalls towards the end. A welcome change has seen the road into the village blocked for vehicles from 6pm each evening so that walkers can enjoy the shops and restaurants safely without having to stop and move to the side.
