Villa Jasmine is one of a cluster of contemporary style villas built on an elevated position experiencing breathtaking views over Big Buddha Bay and the neighbouring islands.

The villa is entered up a flight of steps from the parking area to the first floor where doors open into the amazing living room. If the villa looked impressive on the outside it is even more so on the inside with its large white floor tiles and open plan areas. Glass patio doors form the whole of the front of the living room opening up to the spacious pool deck giving stunning uninterrupted views over the ocean. The back wall is also glass behind which is a tiered garden area providing an attractive feature. Having both front and back doors open allows cool breezes to circulate throughout the house or alternatively the room is fully air conditioned once the doors are closed.

The light and airy accommodation is furnished with simple but elegant contemporary style. The living area furniture and d?cor comprises a comfortable corner sofa suite and coffee table in the lounge area and a dining table seating 8 persons.

For your entertainment there is a 42" plasma TV home theatre system with satellite channels system. Situated at one end of this vast room is the modern white and stainless steel kitchen equipped with everything you need including a large double door fridge and an oven. A breakfast bar with high rattan backed stools to match the dining chairs separates the kitchen from the dining area.

There is a small bathroom/shower room off the kitchen which can also be accessed from the pool deck. An alcove at the other end of the room provides for a study room furnished with a desk and chair and also a day bed for that extra overnight guest.

Stepping out on to the sundeck, where you are sure to spend a lot of time, there are quality teak cushioned sun loungers, umbrellas and a patio table and chairs for your relaxation. There are spectacular views over Big Buddha Bay and the amazing sunsets form the perfect backdrop for the 10m x 5m infinity edge pool and corner jacuzzi.

An open plan staircase to the rear of the living room leads up to the second floor which houses three luxurious air conditioned bedrooms. All have a TV, DVD player and sliding glass doors on to a balcony with ocean views. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third has twin beds. The large ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath tub positioned so that you can bathe whist taking in the ocean views. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a large rain shower.

The 4th bedroom is located on a lower floor down the steps from the main house and has a bathroom with shower ensuite

Due to the steep drop from the infinity edge pool Villa Jasmine will be unsuitable for children under 12yrs.
