Villa Praison is a luxury 5 bedroom all en-suite Phuket villa including an 8 bed bunk room spread over 2 floors and located within a private estate perched on a headland enjoying wonderful views over the treetops to the sea on the north west cast of Phuket.
Just 350m from Banana Leaf beach the villa takes care to provide ample spaces outdoors so guests can make the most of the verdant natural scenery from the huge outdoor living areas. You can lounge on the sunbeds or enjoy a cooling dip in the 12-metre swimming pool complete with a shallow end for children. The outdoor sala is where you can indulge in a relaxing afternoon siesta waking up at golden hour to watch the sunset.
When you need a respite from outdoor living, step back into the game room, which is equipped with two lounge areas and pool table, making it the perfect place for adult and child alike to spend the evening hours. For your entertainment, there is an Apple TV, DVD player with SONOS sound, and Netflix.
The villa is entered through the upper level open plan living area with it's oversized sofas, air conditioning and ceiling fan hanging from the featured high ceiling. Three sliding-glass walls leading out to a wraparound balcony where you can enjoy splendid sea views.
Villa Praison's five luxurious bedrooms are spread over 2 levels and comprise of a master bedroom (bedroom 1) found on the upper floor while the remaining bedrooms including a 2nd master (bedroom 2) are located downstairs. Bedroom 1 and 2 have private bathrooms that are equally spectacular with sunken bathtubs, luscious views of the flora and modern necessities.
The downstairs bedrooms lead you to the swimming pool directly for easier access. The bedrooms have been designed with no expense spared as each feature a distinctly characteristic vibe. From private lounge areas, writing desks, large windows and intricate woodwork to central air-conditioning, the bedrooms offer five-star amenities. The fifth bedroom is a children’s dormitory with four bunks sleeping eight - ideal for sleepovers.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
