Absolute Bliss

The Aspara Villa was a slice of heaven. Everything you see in the advertised photo's lived up to and exceeded its promise of being a fantastic place to stay. From the expansive general living, eating, cooking areas, to each of the ensuite bedrooms, to the state of the art electronic facilities (TV's, sound systems, cable, wifi, even the atmospheric pool lighting system), and finally to the infinity pool perched overlooking the Big Budda, Bophut Beach and beyond - this place was the one-stop-all-in-one place to stay . If you can't relax at Aspara seek medical help as we've travelled the globe and rate this place as the most chilled out environment we've been fortunate enough to stay at. Elena as our host was excellent and always on call and very helpful in guiding us through the nuances of the Villa along with offering some really good tips on what to do, places to eat, attractions and even where to get the best massages on the island. For either a family or say two or 3 couples, if you are heading to Koh Samui - head here !!!!

High End Pool Villa with amazing view

Everything worked perfectly with this reservation starting with booking, airport transfers and the Villa itself. We were travelling with extended family (6 adults + one 6 month old) and stayed for 10 nights over the New Year's. We explored several beaches but never went to the closest one so can’t tell anything about it – many days we just did not want to leave the pool area. Sunsets are fabulous, what you see is what you get, i.e. the photographs of the Villa depict the property as it is. It is modern and high quality by any standard and the view is amazing, it is mesmerizing to watch the boat traffic on the Bay. The pool has special mood lighting and the Sonos sound system is great, too! All bedrooms are en suite and have their own TV/CD sets in addition to the one big one in the living room.
There is heavy construction in this part of the island but we experienced no noise or other disturbances and it’s mostly not visible from the Villa anyway. One does need a car and we took Kevin up his good offer of the owner’s Toyota SUV (7 pax) and this was an excellent choice and in use every day.
Kevin arranged a wonderful chef to come to the house a couple of times to do lunch and/or dinner, some days we ordered take away and were never disappointed. There are dozens of great restaurants within a 20 minute drive. The ladies enjoyed quality massage therapies nearby for one tenth of the price at the Six Senses, the nearest high end resort.

All in all, while expensive it was a refreshingly positive experience!

Luxurious villa with nice view

We stayed here for 3 nights . The owner is nice and friendly . Not to mention the Villa is Awesome and comfy . Highly Recommended !

We initially booked for 4 nights and extended our stay by another 4 nights. Awesome villa with most beautiful view. Kevin and the staff did a very good job as well. Highly recommended.

Exceeded our expectations

We had never been to Asia before and we hoped it would be as good as expected.
When we saw the Villa for the first time it really set the tone for the rest of the trip. It was fantastic! One of the highlights was watching the sunsets from the pool, in fact we made a point of coming back to the villa to have a few drinks and watch the sunset before we went out to eat. I don't know if the weather was exceptional but I cant remember there being an evening that was cloudy.
The Villa is finished to a very high spec and has all the mod cons of home. Vehicle hire should be considered, though, there is a beach with bar and restaurant a short walk down the hill. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.
We will definitely return.
