Ban Sairee is a stunning villa and is a slice of paradise for families set in large lawn gardens in a beach-front position and located on more or less your own private cove as part of the quiet Laem Sor beach on the south coast of Koh Samui.
Accommodating up to 18 guests (14 adults and 4 children) the property is a perfect blend of traditional Thai and contemporary luxury. All pavilionsare constructed of panelled teak with elegantly gabled and tapered roofs, reflecting the beauty and perfect proportions of traditional Thai dwellings.
There is a choice of indoor and outdoor living and dining areas as well as salas in which to relax out of the mid-day sun or for pre-dinner drinks.
Ban Sairee comprises of 2 main pavilions one accommodating the master suite (Sairee Suite), 2 double guest bedrooms and a connecting children's bunk bedroom and the other has the main living area and 2 further guest double bedfooms and a connecting childrens bunk bedroom. All the bedrooms including the children's rooms are en-suite.
A further bedroom suite (Big Barn )is located in an enclave elevated in Thai design adjacent to the main house and enjoys sea views and a lounge area with comfortable seating with a shaded area below for relaxation. This is perfect for couple or parents looking for that extra privacy.
The 7th bedroom (Small Barn) is located to the rear of the main 2 pavilions and can either have twin beds or king size bed. The lower level of the barn has a table tennis table and a trampoline and is perfec for older kids.
Each of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, excellent quality matresses and beautifully appointed en-suites with baths or outdoor showers. There are also bi-fold doors and antique ceiling fans if you prefer to awaken to sea breezes and views.
All four pavilions have direct access to the secluded beach that lies beyond the expansive palm-shaded lawns. Between the villa and the beach, is the large swimming pool, with an overflowing infinity-edge that blends into the sea view. The pool has a shallow area for kiddies to play safely and is surrounded by a stone patio on 3 sides, with cushioned sun-loungers and parasols. A full-size fenced tennis court is located behind the villa, along with the staff house.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Laem Sor is in the deep south with Laem Set to the east and to the west the area finishes at a headland, beyond which is Thong Krut a popular fishing village offering a small choice of restaurants and boat tour operators. This is a peaceful area chosen by visitors who just wish to enjoy chilling out with family or friends and experience the "real" Samui.
Sangsuri Villa 1 is located just a short drive from popular Chaweng beach and a super oceanfront 2-8 bedroom villa with 2 dorms and further accommodation can be provided sleeping up to 30 persons.
