Samujana Villa 20 is a stunning contemporary villa occupying one of the most coveted positions on Koh Samui, perched directly on the rocky shoreline of the island's northeast coast within the prestigious Samujana estate. Designed to make the most of its extraordinary oceanfront setting, this is a villa that genuinely stops you in your tracks from the moment you arrive.
The centrepiece is the vast private infinity pool, one of the largest on the island at 20m x 10m, which appears to dissolve seamlessly into the ocean beyond. The unique sunken living room overlooks the pool and is furnished with generous sofas, cooled by white sandstone floors and constant sea breezes. The open plan kitchen and dining area sit just beyond, with beautifully designed gardens and ornamental ponds flowing through the villa and a landscaped lawn overlooking an adjoining coconut grove.
Five large en suite bedrooms each feature floor to ceiling windows and private terraces framing those uninterrupted ocean views. An additional bunk bedroom provides comfortable sleeping for two children or teens, making Villa 20 an exceptional choice for families. Bedrooms are configured flexibly, with a twin room that can convert to a king and a triple room that can be arranged as a king and single.
The TV lounge is well equipped with a large plasma screen, surround sound system, sofas, beanbags and a selection of board games. A private gym with running machine, cross trainer and free weights sits alongside the TV lounge on the main level. Table tennis, badminton, croquet and tennis rackets are also available, and guests have private access to the Little Lawn event space for intimate gatherings or celebrations.
Villa 20 is an outstanding wedding and events venue, with the dramatic ocean backdrop and generous indoor and outdoor spaces making it one of the finest on the island. The villa can also be combined with neighbouring Samujana villas for larger groups.
Choeng Mon beach is five minutes away, Chaweng is ten minutes and the charming Fisherman's Village in Bophut is around fifteen minutes by car.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
