Samujana Villa 6 is a beautifully designed 5 bedroom contemporary villa spanning four generous levels within the exclusive Samujana estate on Koh Samui's northeast coast. With open sided living spaces, floor to ceiling sliding doors throughout and lush rooftop gardens flowing into water features and shaded terraces, this is tropical living at its very finest.
The saltwater infinity pool sits at the heart of the villa, perfectly positioned to take in the sweeping ocean views down the east coast towards Chaweng Bay and Koh Matlang island. Sleek sun loungers line the pool deck and the views from this level are simply stunning.
The main living area runs alongside the pool deck and centres on a generous L shaped sofa lounge and an al fresco dining table seating up to 12. The fully equipped kitchen sits towards the rear of this pavilion, along with a guest bathroom and laundry room. A gas BBQ is available for outdoor dining. A Nuvo sound system runs throughout the villa, and a dedicated TV lounge on the same level is equipped with a 42 inch plasma screen and surround sound system.
The master bedroom suite occupies a prime position on the main level, surrounded by a vast deck with a lounge area, large sofa set and a private outdoor space with incredible views.
Four further guest bedrooms each have sea views, private terraces and comfortable daybeds. The en suite bathrooms are beautifully finished with large bathtubs, black slate tiled walk in showers and outdoor bathing areas in some. One bedroom features bunk beds and adjoins a main bedroom to create a flexible family suite. A fifth en suite bedroom sits on the lower level alongside the private gym, with its own sundeck.
The dedicated private spa room is a wonderful retreat for massage, yoga sessions or a couple's treatment, and Muay Thai training with a champion sparring partner can also be arranged on request.
Choeng Mon beach is just minutes away and Chaweng is a short drive in the other direction, with Fisherman's Village Bophut around fifteen minutes away.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
