Designed with relaxation and flexibility in mind, mirror-image North Villa and South Villa together offer 10 bedrooms and two 12-metre swimming pools.
Clever panels at the side of each villa slide open to connect each “twin’s” main pavilion, forming a double-sized living space for twice the fun!
These bright living and dining areas with their modern guest kitchens are set in high-ceilinged, glass-fronted pavilions to offer superb sea views and ease of access to the stylish pool terraces. To get to the beach it’s just a quick few steps across the villas’ shared lawn, a lush outdoor play area where a swing dangles invitingly from the branch of a mature tree.
The bedrooms each offer cosy havens, all with ensuite bathrooms and TVs.
A mix of king-sized beds, twin beds, bunk beds, and a convertible sofa accommodate up to 23 guests, giving families and groups ample choice for sleeping arrangements. And the bliss of bathing under the glorious tropical sky awaits guests who stay in the four ocean-view bedrooms on the top floors, each with a private outdoor shower.

Payment:
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
The 50% balance payment is required 60-days prior to arrival.
A refundable security deposit of USD 1,000 cash is required per Villa. Payment must be made upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Twin Villas Natai is non-refundable following the 50% deposit payment; whether through an agency, a direct booking, or OTA (online travel agency).
Any cancellations, refunds, or date modification 60-days prior to check-in date, and after balance payment has been submitted are non-refundable or permitted under this policy.
Twin Villas Natai rental booking may be modified, subject to the terms and conditions under the Modification & Rebooking policy below.
Modification & Rebooking Policy:
Primary guests can send a written email request to info@twinvillasnatai.com to modify their reservation. Written requests are subject to current availability.
Date modification must be made at least 60-days prior to the original check-in date.
10% of the original rental fee will be applied as a rebooking fee, and the remaining will be applied as credits for rebooked dates.
Credits are valid 6 (six) months from the check-in date of the original reservation. The then published rental rates will apply for all rebooking requests. Any unused or expired credits are not subject to refund.
Modification/rebooking or refunds are unavailable within 60-days of the original booking check-in date.
The pristine Natai Beach is actually located in the neighbouring province of Phang Nga, just 20 minutes north of the Phuket International Airport. Although secluded and quiet, this beach is a short distance from the popular Blue Canyon Golf Course and picture perfect Phang Nga Bay.
