Baan Hin Ta is a spectacular villa and in a beautiful setting on a sandy beach and one of our finest beachfront Koh Samui villas. Giant granite boulders play a big part as a feature both inside and outside the villa with the majority of the living accommodation raised above the beach to ensure privacy.
The villa's natural and tropical interior design -one of the highlights is its use of timber flooring, luminous natural light, and superb traditional artwork. All rooms boast sea views. One of the bedrooms can be used as a children's room, thanks to two twin beds. The sunset view from the hammocks is worth writing home about, whilst the outdoor cinema is perfect for balmy, island evenings.

This is tropical living at its best - with a cavernous living and dining area situated in the main pavilion, opening up to views of the private beach below thanks to folding glass walls. Find yourself relaxing beside the gorgeous infinity pool, or meander over to your private shaded sitting areas located next to each room, or take the wooden steps down to the master suite below which boasts a separate timber deck complete with hammocks! There's also a private beach to explore, as well as the villa's own kayak and paddle board to conquer the seas
This amazing villa has 5 luxurious bedroom en suites situated on various levels of the villa with the centre piece being the 20 metre swimming pool flanked by the pool deck furnished with cushioned sun loungers and continuing to a large terrace where a projector and screen create a unique outdoor cinema experience.
The terrace leads into the vast living room with a feature 10m high ceiling and fold back glass doors creating superb indoor/outdoor living.
Steps lead up to the slightly elevated dining area and kitchen at the rear of the living room and double doors open on that level to a cool relaxing sala to sit and relax and enjoy the fantastic ocean views.
Bedroom 5 is also on the living area level next to the pool -- an ideal kiddies bedroom with a unique glass wall that lets them see under the water in their own private aquarium!

Cancellation and Amendments to Reservation
The Villa is managed by SVH
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Cancellations and/or Alterations by SVH
Although it is unlikely that SVH will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it does occasionally happen, and SVH will advise clients of Thailand Retreats/ Samui Holiday Villas at the earliest possible date.
For any reason beyond SVH's control that could result in SVH being unable to provide the guests with the villa booked, SVH reserves the right to cancel the reservation. For example but not inclusive, if any properties are damaged or rendered unusable SVH will endeavour to relocate the guests to an alternative property for the period required but no guarantee is provided that this can be done. In the event that this is not possible or if the guests do not wish to be transferred, SVH will cancel the booking and provide a full refund in full the amount paid for the booking less any bank transfer charges.
SVH shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.
