Villa Lotus takes pride of place in the centre of a row of luxury beachfront villas as the jewel in the crown of the high end Miskawaan Villas. The size, elegance and luxury of this villa is evident from the moment you arrive at the entrance. The double doors open to reveal a large stone lotus pond with a waterfall flowing behind a welcoming sandstone sawadee statue.
Once through the entrance you'll be amazed at the sheer size of this property, three pavilions are located around a huge L-shaped blue-tiled saltwater swimming pool complete with elephant statues.
In the pavilion on the left side of the pool are the fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and elegant lounge. Wooden wall carvings, statues of monks, an oriental bell and table lamp sit comfortably alongside modern upholstered sofas and the plasma TV with satellite and CD/DVD player.
Doors from the lounge lead to the outdoor entertainment area complete with bar, dining table, built in bbq and dartboard.
In the pavilion at the rear of the courtyard you'll immediately notice a second floor balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the whole property forming part of an upper floor double bedroom en-suite and offers amazing view across the Gulf of Thailand. Below there is a ground floor games room that has a pool table, table-soccer, seating, a TV, twin beds and a bathroom with en-suite shower which converts to the 6th bedroom.
Next to that room are two further twin bedrooms each with en-suite facilities including bathtubs.
Adjacent to this pavilion is an outdoor massage pagoda with a stone waterfall feature enhancing the relaxing atmosphere where a further twin bedroom en suite is also located.
The master suite occupies the whole of the final pavilion which runs along the right side of the pool. First is the tasteful study and office area, with polished wooden floors and brown leather furniture, this leads through to the bedroom, the walk-in dressing area and the bathroom.
In the bedroom there are two double beds, a large sofa and a plasma TV. The bathroom has an inviting Jacuzzi bath tub, twin sinks, indoor and outdoor showers and a planted inner garden. Doors from the master bedroom lead onto a terrace with outdoor furniture and a stone staircase that spirals up to a further roof terrace with additional sun-loungers.
The sizeable lawned garden runs across the front of the villa leading onto the beach through two private gateways. And finally next to the pool is the covered sala with traditional Thai-style roof and a full range of outdoor furniture.
This is a villa of exceptional size, space and beauty. And the flexibility of the property makes it suitable to meet the needs of almost any guest.
The beachfront villas share a fully equipped gym just a short walk away.
Wedding & Events
Being a large beachfront villa set on a beautiful golden sand beach Villa Lotus is considered a perfect venue for weddings and events with the ocean as your backdrop and sand between your toes. .
The villa set around a large L –shaped pool and features a beautiful Thai sala and garden space for special setups as well as a spacious beachfront.
The villa also features a spacious living room which can be cleared to setup as a backup plan in case of weather changes.
Villa Lotus can host 60 guests for a seated reception indoor or outdoor 80 guests for a standing reception
There is no charge for holding a wedding or event at the villas, only a setup fee inclusive of the furniture, linens, cutlery & crockery needed for the wedding day.
Villa Lotus has it's own dedicated wedding planner on site and all weddings & events are tailor made to fit your needs and desires. With different dining options, entertainment, decorations and special touches to create a unique occasion for you. It is also fine to have arranged a separate wedding planner that would liaise with the onsite coordinator with regard to arrangements

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify the resort in writing (email acceptable) in case it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking. Such cancellation will take affect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay in the property
High, Intermediate and prime seasons 14 days before arrival date:
Forfeiture of all deposits shall be subject to be credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the results reservation department. Such credit can be used by the client or anyone on the clients behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the property initially reserved
Within 14 days of arrival date:
All payments will be forfeited
Maenam is centrally located on the north coast of Koh Samui and west of Bophut.
