Baan Paradise is located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach and has all the convenience of being just a short drive to the beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife Patong has to offer, but enjoys peace and quiet with absolute privacy.
The Villa comprises of 5 master bedrooms, each with magnificent views over Patong Bay and beyond.
The master lounge, complete with stereo and DVD, sits at pool level providing BOSE poolside sounds to accompany the fantastic views. An open plan chef's kitchen services both the inside and outside dining areas.
The downstairs entertainment room houses a 60 inch plasma flat screen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony Playstation II as well as an American pool table, making it a great party room or that rainy day retreat.
The 2 resident maids will take care of all your daily needs and your private Villa manager will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.

The 14 metre, infinity edge pool is the only thing that sits between the villa and the view. You can lay by the pool or on the teak sunbeds, or sit in the pool with the spa jets massaging your back. It just doesn't get any better than this.
The downstairs games room houses an awesome 60 inch, wall mounted plasma TV. The surround sound home theatre comes with DVD and Sony Playstation as well as a selection of the latest movies and games for you to enjoy. Or, if you prefer, an American pool table sits at the other end of the entertainment room with great views of Patong.
Recognising that you want to stay in touch with friends and family, the entire Villa is Wi-Fi enabled. So, if you bring your own laptop that is WiFi enabled, you're connected. We also provide a top of the line broadband PC with scanner and printer so you can make all your friends jealous with pictures from your Villa.
The Villa has 2 full kitchens. On the mid-level, the open plan main kitchen services both the poolside dining as well as inside dining.
The lower kitchen is also a full kitchen and can be used for late night entertainment snacks or as a maids kitchen. Both are fully equipped and if you feel inclined to cook yourself, go right ahead.

Cancellation Terms
Villas are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against a medical emergency or certain other unforeseen circumstances which preclude the client from traveling.
Refunds
No refunds shall be made on payments received. In the event of cancellation after payment has been made an applicable cancellation fee will be deducted and, if the villa owner is in agreement will credit the remainder against future bookings. A statement of account will be issued in confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations after arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of Villa Management.
