Set high on the hillside above Nathon, Baan View Talay is a spacious and elegant 6 bedroom villa with sweeping views across the sea and the lush tropical landscape of Koh Samui’s west coast. Modern design meets traditional Thai touches throughout, with large windows and open plan spaces that blur the line between indoors and out, so the island’s natural beauty is never far from view.
Arrival sets the tone, with a path leading past a tranquil pond and tropical gardens to an ornate hand carved wooden door from Chiang Mai. Inside, the generous living area is made for relaxing and getting together, with a pool table and a dining space that seats ten. Sliding glass doors open straight onto the deck and the villa’s showpiece infinity pool.
Measuring 6m x 14m and perched right on the edge of the cliff, the private infinity pool is a truly memorable spot for a swim, with sunbeds lined up alongside for lazy afternoons and sunset drinks. When it’s time for something a little more active, guests can head to the indoor gym, challenge each other on the Bonzini foosball table, or take to the large lawn for badminton, volleyball or a game of football. Four massage beds are also on hand for some well earned pampering.
The six bedrooms sleep up to 14 adults in total. The master suite has a queen bed, a private balcony with ocean views, and an ensuite with its own Jacuzzi. The remaining bedrooms offer a mix of king, queen and twin beds, all with ensuite bathrooms, and Bedroom 6 has a mezzanine with twin beds, ideal for children or extra guests.
A private chef is on hand to cook up Western, Asian and vegetarian dishes, as well as meals for younger guests, served either in the indoor dining area or out on the terrace overlooking the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances for anyone who fancies trying their hand.
High speed WiFi runs throughout, with a 55 inch Smart TV and sound system in the living area and satellite TV in every bedroom, so there’s something for everyone come movie night.
The villa team, including a manager, private chef, housekeeper, gardener and security, takes care of every detail, leaving guests free to unwind in complete privacy. For those planning something special, Baan View Talay can host intimate weddings and celebrations for up to 20 guests.
Nathon Pier is just a short drive away, giving easy access to local markets, shops and restaurants, while the rest of the island’s beaches and attractions are within easy reach. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
The town of Nathon is the main administrative centre of Koh Samui located on the west coast where local government offices and the state hospital are situated as well as the main car ferry port where the ferry and fast catamarans leave for the mainland and the islands in between. Probably the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut.
