Positioned to capture both sunrise and sunset, the villa enjoys breathtaking ocean views and a constant sea breeze that makes every moment feel effortless.
Sprawling across three separate pavilions set into the hillside, this stunning five bedroom retreat is a masterclass in the balance of traditional Thai architecture and contemporary tropical design. Lofty wooden ceilings, gleaming dark wood, natural materials and beautiful Buddhist accents create an atmosphere that feels both deeply rooted and effortlessly elegant. From the moment you step through the solid carved wood entrance door and past the water features, the mood of the villa is unmistakable.
The largest pavilion anchors the property with generous open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces, as well as a spectacular 20 metre terrace overlooking Bophut Bay. Two bedrooms occupy the ground floor, while the smallest pavilion hosts a further bedroom. The third pavilion is home to the master bedroom and fifth bedroom, each offering oversized sleeping areas, grand bathrooms with both shower and deep bathtub, a TV and DVD player, and full length sliding doors opening to ocean views.
At the heart of it all is the 19.5 metre infinity pool, which stretches towards Fisherman's Village and the bay beyond. The pool sala houses a full bar and BBQ for effortless al fresco entertaining, while a private jacuzzi offers a quieter retreat when the mood calls for it. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
