Upon arrival automated gates lead to a circular driveway surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Cancellation Terms
Low & high seasons
All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival.
Prime & peak Seasons
All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.
No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival
Early Check-in & Late Check-Out fees
Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
Notes
An admin fee of USD 50 +7% VAT will apply in the event of a refund and/or amendment to any reservation.
The above cancellation charges also apply if ILS cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
The pristine Natai Beach is actually located in the neighbouring province of Phang Nga, just 20 minutes north of the Phuket International Airport. Although secluded and quiet, this beach is a short distance from the popular Blue Canyon Golf Course and picture perfect Phang Nga Bay.
