Emerald Sands is a 4 Bedroom contemporary design beachfront Villa located on Laem Noi beach in Bang Por on the north west coast of Koh Samui. The villa offers a superb private oceanfront landscaped lawn area surrounding the swimming pool with shallow end.

The villa comprises of two separate pavilions. The master building offers its guests a modern chic-design featuring 2 en-suite ocean view king-sized bedrooms with air conditioning and another bedroom that offers a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, together with living room equipped with flat-screen smart LED TV and Western-styled kitchen with all the amenities you could wish for. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper floor
The second pavilion features an ocean-view en-suite king-sized bedroom with air conditioning, together with internal dining room. Both open onto the large swimming pool that features two built in sun loungers and a shallow kids pool area, perfect for families.
Emerald Sands is located on quiet Laem Noi beach which neighbours Bang Po beach stretching 1.5km (12m walk from the villa) and lined with rustic style eateries and small bungalow type resorts.
The beach borders the main Koh Samui ring road running between the ferryport capital town of Nathon and the small town of Maenam hosting an international golf course, a weekly walking street market and a good choice of Thai and international restaurants as well as convenience stores, pharmacies and banks.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
