Gold Villa

Gold Villa is a 7 bedroom family villa, located on the south-western tip of the tropical island of Phuket set in a private development and a 3 min drive (walking 15-20mins) to Nai Harn beach considered one of the best beaches in Phuket

The Villa’s accommodation comprises 7 spacious and comfortablebedrooms, all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units.

Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds (one king size bedroom with an extra single bed), 1 room with two single beds, 1 room with a two sets of bunk beds (sleeping 4 people, so ideal for older children), and a maids room with one set of bunk beds and a single bed, therefore comfortably accommodating 18 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with beautiful open valley views and the distant hills.

A second bedroom is also located upstairs, with two single beds, ideal for children who need to be close to their parents overnight.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have king sized beds, bedroom 5 has an extra single bed. All bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers or baths, plus built in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the large sun terrace and access to the private swimming pool with feature sun deck.

Bedroom 6 has two x full size bunk beds (therefore sleeping 4 people) and a private bathroom, ideal for older or teenage children. Bedroom 7 (can also be used for staff/nannies or maids) has one set of bunk beds and a single bed, with a private/en-suite bathroom.

The Lower ground floor level also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer to keep guests entertained inside, aswell as large sofa area to relax and watch the 50 inch TV, complete with DVD player and cable TV channels. You can relax and sit or dine outside on the under-cover balcony, taking in the valley views.

The stunning dining table seats 12 guests and offers al fresco dining all year round. The fully fitted western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

Outside the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a large sundeck, garden and ample sun beds enticing guests to gain optimum hours relaxing in the sunshine. The dining sala, with dining for 12 is located adjacent to the swimming pool, offering a perfect location for an evening BBQ.

The villa comes with a full time daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you from a choice from the menus (service charge for the cooking is included in the rental) and you pay for only groceries/ingredients.  If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged at an extra cost. There are in house breakfast, Thai and BBQ menus to choose from.

Assistance with transportation (renting a minivan and driver) or tourist activities and excursions is available and teh onsite Tour Manager can work with you to make the most of your time and prepare and arrange an itinerary for you, specially designed around your own personal requirements, and to make your holiday one to remember!

Nai Harn Beach has a lagoon that flows into the sea, making a safe and enjoyable area for less confident swimmers and younger children.

The villa is also near to popular Rawai beach with many restaurants, bars, fresh seafood markets and boats to outlaying islands and a wonderful Play Park designed especially for children, with large indoor and outdoor play areas, to keep children entertained for hours!
