Jivana Beach Villas brings together two of the finest properties on Natai Beach, Villa Jia and Villa Shanti, to create one exceptional 12 bedroom beachfront estate overlooking the Andaman Sea. Together they form part of the wider Jivana Villas community, one of the very few genuinely beachfront villa collections available for private rental in Phuket, in a stretch of coastline known locally as "millionaires' row" for its exclusive community of luxury properties favoured by expatriates living in the region.
Crystal clear waters and gentle waves lap at this stunning strip of coastline, backed by a tranquil rural landscape where fishing and farming remain the mainstay of the local population. Natai Beach is ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming, with the award winning Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts just along the sand. Each villa offers 6 ensuite bedrooms, its own 25 metre pool with a shallow section for children, an open plan Great Room for lounging and dining, a family room and a fully equipped kitchen, all staffed independently with a villa manager, private chef, attendants, groundskeeper and 24 hour security. Combined, the estate sleeps up to 24 guests across 12 bedrooms.
Villa Jia is known for its snooker room and home cinema tucked beneath the family room, with satellite TV and DVD players in every bedroom, plus kayaks and bicycles for exploring the coastline. Villa Shanti offers a calmer, more understated atmosphere, with a dining sala that seats 12.
Both villas share the same relaxed, contemporary Thai style, with teakwood details, whitewashed walls and lush tropical gardens connecting each pavilion. Together, Jivana Beach Villas is built for celebration, whether that is a multi generational family holiday, a gathering of friends, or a beachfront wedding for up to 150 guests, with the two great rooms, twin pools and expansive lawns offering space to spread out while keeping everyone together on the same stretch of sand. Live music and DJs are welcome until midnight, with sound kept to 70 to 75 decibels between 10pm and midnight, and in villa music permitted until 2am at the same level. No sound system may be used before or after the event or during rehearsals, keeping the beachfront setting peaceful for neighbouring villas.
